As Tropical Storm Karen approached Puerto Rico this morning (or late last night), a 6.0 earthquake occurred Northwest of Puerto Rico along with a 5.1 quake. At the time of the quake(s), Tropical Storm Karen was South East of Puerto Rico. But there is one more important detail: The quake happened between a major fault line (shown in red above the earthquake if you go to the USGS link below...) and Puerto Rico.
