The next time you go to photograph your food, you might want to check the skies. While visiting York, Maine, Alicia Jessop, a sports law professor at Pepperdine University, went to take a picture of the lobster roll she just purchased from Fox’s Lobster House. It had the makings of a classic New England scene: lobster roll in the foreground, Nubble Lighthouse in the background. But a nearby seagull had other ideas. Just as Jessop was taking her photo, the seagull swooped in and stole her lobster roll.

I also have a sore on the bottom of the Foot that won’t heal up. Doctor says if that doesn’t clear up I could lose the Foot or maybe some of the Leg. I’m a bit worried because the last time I was in the Hospital My Intestine ruptured and had Emergency Surgery to Repair that and...

One of the many bright spots in the 2016 elections for supporters of the Second Amendment was the defeat of Question 3 in Maine. The question was portrayed as relatively straightforward. From ballotpedia: Do you want to require background checks prior to the sale or transfer of firearms between individuals not licensed as firearms dealers, with failure to do so punishable by law, and with some exceptions for family members, hunting, self-defense, lawful competitions, and shooting range activity?[8] Question 3 was more complicated in reality.
