He said he's expanding on the "black lives matter" movement following the deaths of black men across the country. He said it's time black people realize they need...

Ladies and Gentlemen, I accept the flowers as a memento of reconciliation between the white and colored races of the Southern states. I accept it more particularly as it comes from a colored lady, for if there is any one on God's earth who loves the ladies I believe it is myself. (Immense applause and laughter.) I came here with the jeers of some white people, who think that I am doing wrong. I believe I can exert some influence, and do much to assist the people in strengthening fraternal relations, and shall do all in my power to elevate...

Open bowl thread Late second quarter, refs wave off a BYU defensive pass interference after claim ball was tipped. (Instant replay -- no tip at line...only tip by BYU interception player...result? Free ref-provided td for BYU) Otherwise...hi-scoring first half. BYU...first 1 1/2 quarters...an unsportmanslike conduct penalty...an unnecessary roughness penalty...a facemask penalty...A real testimony, I would say. Commentators mentioned penalties been an issue for BYU during season.

In recent years, Cleveland police officers have punched a 13-year-old boy who was in handcuffs for shoplifting and shot at an unarmed kidnapping victim who was wearing only his underwear, according to disturbing allegations released Thursday by the Justice Department. What's happening in America? A race war fought only on one side seems to erupt in its cities every so often, maybe more frequently than we hear about. "Another Teenage Mob Terrorizes Southern Town: ‘Memphis Is Going to Burn if They Don’t Control These Children’" headlines The Blaze, echoing a similar episode of a few weeks ago. As in the UK when paedophiles are Muslim and their victims white, so in the US the mainstream media try to underplay the fact that the gangs and the attackers are black and the victims they choose for their knock-out game, in...
