A Seattle-based trust tied to Jennifer Gates paid $51 million for a penthouse at Metro Loft Management’s 443 Greenwich Street last month, the New York Post reported. Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton owned the unit before selling to a Seattle-based LLC in 2021 for $49.5 million. The six-bedroom condo includes a 3,200-square-foot terrace and a private elevator operating across the unit’s three levels.
