An anti-de Blasio banner was flown by a plane above New York City on Friday, bearing the message “De Blasio, our backs have turned to you.” Former police officer John Cardillo said on Friday that the banner, which references some NYPD officers and union leaders who turned their backs to the mayor after two officers were fatally shot in Brooklyn last week, was paid for by retired and current officers. Some stories you have to read 10 times before deciding: ’Yes: What I thought was too crazy is really true.’ This is one of those stories. Here goes, believe it or not: A black Baltimore bus driver organized a mob of 20 black people to assault a white family of three on her bus, which they did with gusto and pepper spray. All the while, the other black passengers hooted and hollered in encouragement. All while the bus driver waited for the beating to finish so the attackers could get back on the bus. With her thanks. The bus company...

It's unclear what happened before the video started, but what happened afterward one parent could only describe as "terrifying." Video shot by a parent of a Quinsigamond Elementary School student Wednesday afternoon of what should have been a routine school bus stop showed young children crying and screaming, seemingly unable to leave the school bus they were riding in as parents shouted at the driver to let them off. In the video, shot near the corner of Perry Ave. and Harlem Street by parent Jessica Jimenez, parents curse and shout at the driver asking why she won't let the kids...

The family of an unarmed black teenager who was shot dead by a police officer has hired the same civil rights lawyer who represents the family of Trayvon Martin. Michael Brown died after being shot multiple times by a police officer in Ferguson, a suburb of St Louis after an altercation involving the officer, Mr Brown and another man on Saturday. The killing has drawn criticism from some civil rights leaders, who have referred to the 2012 racially charged shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin by a Florida neighborhood watch organizer who was acquitted of murder charges. Now it has emerged...

Ten years ago, the media in Louisville, Ky., could have gotten away with reporting this weekend’s events this way: A group of 10 “roving teens got into a fight with two girls … then it happened a few more times over two hours.” But now, less than 24 hours after a mob of 30 black people roamed through the city’s downtown Saturday, beating, laughing, destroying property, sending three seriously hurt people to the hospital and walking away laughing, outraged citizens in Louisville are asking two questions: Why is black mob violence such a problem? And when is local media going...

Ever so slowly, reporters are starting to figure out a version of black mob violence called the Knockout Game. The first chip in the wall fell in New York, where Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said last week that Orthodox Jews in Crown Heights were the victims of eight episodes of mob violence and vandalism. He did not see a pattern. But the New York Post did, reporting: “The way the game is played, one of a number of young blacks decides to show that he can knock down some stranger on the streets, preferably with one punch, as they pass...

For the second time this month, homecoming festivities at a historically black college have been marred by large-scale mob violence and rioting. The latest episode began Friday, when a large group of people tried to “bum rush” a homecoming hip hop concert at Howard University in Washington, D.C., one of America’s oldest and largest black educational institutions. Nine people were taken to area hospitals, including two police officers, with injuries including a broken leg. The annual concert is usually free. But this year, Howard charged five dollars to see performances from one of the top names in hip hop, 2Chainz....

A group of more than 20 young men viciously attacked a Columbia University professor over the weekend, apparently because they believed he was a Muslim. Prabhjot Singh, 31, a medical doctor and an international relations professor at Columbia, had facial surgery to correct his jaw after the beating, which occurred near his home in Harlem, according to his friend. Singh told the New York Daily News that one of the more than 20 men who attacked him while he walked in his Harlem neighborhood yelled, "Get him, Osama."...

Black-mob violence and black-on-white crime has not destroyed the entire American Tobacco Trail, only the small chunk that goes through Durham, N.C. The “high crime” part. The gang-infested part. The poor part. The urban part. The sketchy part. The part that local media calls every name imaginable except one: The black part. Otherwise, most of the 22.5 miles of this trail is a safe, sometimes bucolic experience for runners, bikers, strollers and even equestrians. As long as they stay away from the trail near Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. Since 2011, dozens of people have been beaten, robbed, pushed off...

Black mob violence is back in Minneapolis. Some say it never stopped, and if you depend on the local newspaper for information, you might think it never started. But Minneapolis police recently issued a “crime alert” for the downtown area following a rash of mob robberies and assaults. According to City Paper: “What we’re seeing in this pattern is victims walking downtown by themselves on a sidewalk outside, and they’re approached by a group of three to five African American males,” MPD spokeswoman Cyndi Barrington told City Pages. “The average age range of the [suspects] is late teens to early...

Was this the Holy Grail of racial mob violence? The story that deniers of black mob violence have talked about many times, but never produced? Could we finally have a recent case of racial mob violence that involved Asians? Are Asians running amok in Des Moines, Iowa, of all places? Fighting and firing guns and causing mayhem on the grounds of the state Capitol? That is what a reasonable person might assume from the local stories over the weekend. The headlines from a local TV station tantalized: “Teens fight at CelebrAsian” The story revealed how people were fighting in and...

It has been a busy month for black mob violence, starting in the nation’s capital. Just one day before journalists and celebrities from around the world gathered for the White House Correspondent’s Dinner on April 27th, police prepared for mob violence. Not from Georges Will or Clooney. But from a black mob that created violence the day before at Union Station just a few blocks from the White House. And was rumored to be preparing an encore performance. On a Friday conference call, police convinced each other they were ready. Turns out they were not. This episode of black mob...

'Large numbers of kids coming downtown … with guns' (Editor’s note: Colin Flaherty has done more reporting than any other journalist on what appears to be a nationwide trend of skyrocketing black-on-white crime, violence and abuse. WND features these reports to counterbalance the virtual blackout by the rest of the media due to their concerns that reporting such incidents would be inflammatory or even racist. WND considers it racist not to report racial abuse solely because of the skin color of the perpetrators or victims.) EDITOR’S NOTE: The links in the following report may contain offensive language. Indianapolis? A hot...

The vile and repugnant Jason Whitlock just keeps the hits on coming. His ignorant screed denigrating our civil rights following an incident where a Kansas City Chiefs NFL player slayed his wife and then went to the Chief’s training area to thank his coach before doing society a favor and offing himself was offensive enough to America’s one hundred plus million gun owners. Jason’s Whitlock’s inner racist bigotry was out for all to see in subsequent remarks he made, equating the National Rifle Association and America’s gun owners with the Ku Klux Klan. Here is what the knuckle-dragging racist bigot...

...Let’s look at guns. After a recent spate of violent crime in downtown Baltimore, much of it caught on video, a crime reporter lamented at the over reaction, saying “crime statistics are down” but people just don’t know it. To quote the poet: Something is happening here and you don’t know what it is, do you, Mr. Jones. The “something” here is crime. There’s a lot more of it happening than reporters know or write about. Occasionally this information escapes through the politically correct veil: The New York Times is just one of several large papers in the country to...

Dangerous and chaotic scenes rock cities on big holiday While most Americans were commemorating the nation’s birthday, racial violence, lawlessness and animosity marred Independence Day celebrations in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, California and Illinois. Chris Rock started the day off with a bang: “Happy white peoples Independence Day,” he tweeted. “The slaves weren’t free but I’m sure they enjoyed fireworks.” In Chicago, Ill., some were enjoying the celebration until they were set upon by a mob of dozens of black people intent on violence. One man was taken to the hospital, where he remains in good condition. Eleven black people were...
