The MRC's Jessica Anderson took down a hunk of the gabfest at the beginning of the June 25 The View, ABC's daytime show created by Barbara Walters, for whom Coulter was filling in. Meredith Vieira explained: “In your last book you said liberals have been wrong about everything in last half century. You ticked us off over that one, alright. And now in this new bok you say that liberals hate freedom...I want to talk about your politics because in Treason you say, yes, that liberals hate America." Ann Coulter: "Right." Vieira: "Well, it's stupid. What do you mean liberals...

"Is Disney Lying to America About Michael Moore?" Posted by Jon Alvarez Friday, June 13, 2003 Is Disney Lying to America? By now everyone has heard the rumors about Disney being involved with the vile anti-American Michael Moore and his latest project. The proposed title of it is ''Fahrenheit 911'' and it's rumored to be a conspiracy film aimed primarily at attacking President Bush. Many Americans are/were up in arms over this not only because of the nature of the film, but because many feel that Disney represents traditional American values (at least in theory). Now, here's the lowdown on...

Michael Moore's Magic Kingdom In the last two months patriotic Americans have become increasingly disgusted with the behavior of one Michael Moore, a documentary filmmaker considered a genius by the Hollywood establishment. Average Americans were outraged with Moore's vicious attack on President Bush at the Academy Awards, yet he received the best Oscar Award for his documentary "Bowling for Columbine" (which blamed the Columbine High School Massacre on the U.S. military). Now if that wasn't bad enough the geniuses at the Walt Disney Company have given Moore the green light (that is financed) his next masterpiece "Fahrenheit 911." This abomination will...

ABC Yanks Michael Savage in New York Rising radio star and best-selling author Michael Savage has been yanked off the air by his New York City affiliate, WABC Radio, due to a contract dispute with his San Francisco flagship station, KSFO, which syndicates Savage nationally through the Talk Radio Network. "'The Mouse' is trying to intimidate me," Savage told the New York Post on Wednesday - referring to WABC's parent company Disney. "It's bullying of the worst kind." The shoot-from-the-lip talker has been off the air on KSFO since June 2. But on Monday, WABC followed suit, replacing him with...

Reason for War? White House Officials Say Privately the Sept. 11 Attacks Changed Everything By John Cochran W A S H I N G T O N, April 25 — To build its case for war with Iraq, the Bush administration argued that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, but some officials now privately acknowledge the White House had another reason for war — a global show of American power and democracy. ...

I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out how to "get" you to talk to (beg ital) me instead of all those others. You're now "the get," you know, as in The Interview to get. So what can I offer? I know you've gotten enough gifts and money to, well, add a second story, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, family room and a new porch with wheelchair access to your parents' house. Cool. I also read that your house is being wired for Internet access, that you've been offered a free Hawaii vacation and that the...

(Editor's Note: The following article contains descriptions of actual and simulated homosexual activity during the "Gay Days" events, that some readers may find offensive.) Capitol Hill (CNSNews.com) - The decision by one of President Bush's conservative judicial nominees not to take his children to the Walt Disney World Resort during an unofficial homosexual gathering held there annually is under fire by one liberal Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) challenged Alabama Attorney General William H. "Bill" Pryor about his decision during Pryor's June 11 confirmation hearing before the committee. "News accounts also report that you even...

The trickle of red-shirted Disney enthusiasts first appeared in the parking lot, more than a mile by monorail or ferryboat from their intended destination. By journey's end, just inside the gates of Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, the trickle became a sea of red. The throng of people in matching ensembles, most of whom had never met, was more than a coincidence. Saturday was the annual "Gay Day" at Disney, attracting several thousand gays and lesbians whose choice of hue allowed them to share the experience together. "You feel comfortable holding hands," Floridian Bernadette Comstock said of the atmosphere at...

Something strange is abreast with Knickknack, the critically acclaimed 1989 short that precedes Disney/Pixar's Finding Nemo at theaters nationwide.

The short follows the hapless attempts of a lonely snow-globe snowman to escape his domain and join a plastic Miami beach bunny. The movie was released on a G-rated 1996 video collection called Tiny Toy Stories. But in that version, the Miami beauty and a mermaid who appears at the end of the short were more well-endowed than they are today.

ABC and Barbara Walters ought to be investigated for false advertising. The promos that plugged that Hillary Clinton memoir-selling interview promised, again and again for two weeks, to deliver "the interview we've all been waiting for, and the book that tells all. Sunday, June 8. Nothing's off-limits." Since when have "we all" been waiting for this? "The book that tells all"? Hillary never tells all. "Nothing's off-limits"? ABC should be glad they didn't offer this interview by pay-per-view, because everyone would be entitled to a refund. Barbara Walters left almost everything of importance off-limits -- on purpose. In the first leaks,...

Don't count on seeing Barbara Walters raising with Senator Hillary Clinton any subject which the former First Lady would like to avoid. Though an ABC promo spot for ABC's June 8 special dedicated to publicizing Clinton's new book promises that "nothing's off limits" and on Thursday's The View Walters reported that when she sits down with Mrs. Clinton next week she'll "ask the really tough questions," the instant The View's Joy Behar mentioned Monica Lewinsky, an annoyed Walter raised her hands and made a pained facial expression as she demanded: "Oh, let's drop, let's move on!" As quoted in the...

Seven years after she famously declared, "Yep, I'm gay" and shortly thereafter found herself relegated to the purgatory of "Hollywood Squares," comic Ellen DeGeneres is poised for a big career comeback, thanks to a G-rated Disney movie in which she plays - of all things - a fish.

Date: Tue May 27, 2003 3:05:51 PM America/New_York Subject: NIGHTLINE: What Did We Miss? TONIGHT'S SUBJECT: Four separate attacks in Iraq yesterday, two soldiers killed and nine wounded today. It looks like the security situation keeps deteriorating. Should we have been better prepared? Did we misjudge the situation, or did we just get some things wrong? Actually there's a tougher question there, was some intelligence ignored or shaped to support a particular point of view? ---- Things aren't working out exactly according to plan. Post-war Iraq is proving to be a much tougher problem in many ways. It certainly appears...

The company announced in Cannes on Saturday that it has bought for an undisclosed figure distribution rights to Onyx Films' 3-D animated film Renaissance, the first digitally rendered animated feature ever produced in France.

Of course, Peter Jennings and friends ignore the real reason that the lives of so many Tinseltown airheads are getting difficult -- because they took advantage of America's very generous constitutional guarantees of free speech to appear on every cable news show they could find to denounce and disparage President George W. Bush, to make outlandish predictions about all the cruelty and carnage which would be inflicted on the Iraqi people by the American "invaders" and "occupiers," and to celebrate an imaginary "breakdown" in the American military campaign which they happily interpreted as an American defeat -- not too popular...

Excellent News!! The Mouse has come to it's senses!! I just spoke with Disney CEO Michael Eisner's secretary, she was very familiar with the Moore controversy and she told me that Mr. Eisner has decided that while they and Miramax WERE considering a movie project, they have decided that it is NOT something they would want to be associated with!! So not only has Mel Gibson and IKON Productions shunned the vile Mr. Moore, now Disney/Miramax has as well! This is a major victory and great news for proud Americans everywhere! We will not forget the victims of 9-11. Nor...

Michael Moore has found backing from Miramax for his next documentary, after Mel Gibson's Icon Productions withdrew, published reports said today (Tuesday), citing sources familiar with the deal. Titled Fahrenheit 911, the film reportedly will allege that the families of President Bush and Osama bin Laden have a working relationship. Today's New York Daily News reported that Icon's deal with Moore was originally drafted by Gibson's partner, Bruce Davey, while Gibson was in Italy. The newspaper quoted a source as saying that when Gibson found out about it, "he didn't want any part of it. He figured he had enough...
