A Maryland man was recently arrested after he was accused of breaking into a Susquehanna Township home and raping a mentally disabled woman. Jose Fredy Reyes, 29, of Frederick, is also accused of sexually assaulting the same woman on two other occasions. He was charged Friday with several sex crimes and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail in Dauphin County Prison.
