Syracuse now holds the title for the most guns collected at a gun buyback program in state history. According to Attorney General Letisha James via Twitter, Syracuse collected 751 guns in five hours on Saturday, April 29 during the gun buyback program. That is the most guns collected at an Attorney General's Office sanctioned buyback program in state history according AG James. One neighbor made $5,000 dollars from returning their guns Saturday.
