Basilio Amaury Bron, Jr. 43, Cape Coral, faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set. Deputy Daniel Rodriguez will serve a three-day suspension for using excessive force on the man, who was intoxicated and fighting with deputies.
