MISSION — A former Hidalgo County district clerk has been arrested in Mexico and brought back the United States after authorities issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of sexually assaulting a minor, police said. Omar Guerrero was arrested Saturday evening in or near Reynosa in the Mexican border state of Tamaulipas, Mission Police Chief Leo Longoria said.
