    Have the Park Rangers always been jerks or are they being threatened to be jerks or lose their jobs/pensions? I say this because it seems to me that some of them seem to be behaving over the top as if they have been spooked with their jobs/pension or their families have been threatened via NSA collected data.     A semi carrying porta potties pulled up yesterday beside the WW II Memorial in Washington D.C.. The porta potties were donated by private citezens to help out the visiting veterans since the facilities are closed.
