Police said Jesus Arias Villa, 22, and his girlfriend, Karina Chavez Vargas, 23, were shot and killed while sitting in their car across from Closter Park on Feb. 5.

Keith Gibson, a 39-year-old man arrested Tuesday in connection to a violent robbery in Wilmington, is facing murder and related charges in the shooting death of a Dunkin' manager in Philadelphia over the weekend, prosecutors said Wednesday. Philadelphia Police Department Chief Inspector Frank Vanore said 41-year-old Christine Lugo was opening the Dunkin' on the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue shortly before 6 a.m. when Gibson entered the store and stole about $300. SALT LAKE CITY (Jan. 10) - Utah's oldest inmate, 99-year-old Bert Jackson, will be paroled and serve the rest of his sentence on home confinement. Jackson has served three years of a sentence of one to 15 years in prison for sexually abusing at least two children. (July 26) - Last month, Penn State University officials learned something about professor Paul Krueger that wasn't on his resume - he is on parole for a triple murder committed in Texas nearly 40 years ago.
