Police say Andrew Townsend and Carley Woodward drove up to the bus stop at 3100 West Michigan Street and confronted Townsend's ex-girlfriend. Police say when Woodward and the victim began to fight. Townsend got out of his car with a pit bull and started punching the victim and ordering the dog to bite her. Woodward and Townsend then stole the woman's purse.
