In a rolling poll that was only partially taken after Wednesday night's debate, Investor's Business Daily shows Republican businessman Donald Trump surging. Last month Trump sat at 17%, today he sits at 28%. In this particular poll, this surge puts Trump back in first place against Dr. Ben Carson, who was leading Trump by +7 points last month (24% to 17%). Trump now leads Carson by +5 points, 28% to 23%. It's important to note that, compared to last month, Carson only lost a statistically insignificant -1 point. Although the DC Media assured us Rubio was the Big Winner Wednesday...

Real-estate mogul Donald Trump has opened up large leads in the key early states of South Carolina and Nevada, according to new CNN/ORC polls. But more impressive, amid an overall narrative that the front-runner's poll numbers have plateaued over the past month, is his continued dominance of the issues. In Nevada and South Carolina, at least, Trump is crushing his Republican counterparts on some of the issues most important to GOP voters. When voters in Nevada were asked who could best handle... The economy, 67% of Republicans in Nevada said Trump, 60 points ahead of his next-closest challenger, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.Foreign...

Despite some recent gains on the 2016 campaign trail, Gov. Chris Christie has plummeted among his own party’s 2016 preferences back home, according to the latest Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. Similar to national polls, 32 percent of New Jersey Republican and GOP-leaning registered voters choose businessman Donald Trump for their party’s nomination. Trump tops the list for the second straight Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. Meanwhile Christie’s New Jersey GOP support has been cut in half since August, when he was in second place at 12 percent. With just 5 percent of Republican voters naming him, Christie now trails Dr. Ben Carson and Florida Sen....

On the heels of Monmouth UniversityÂ’s recent polling offering, which showed Donald Trump in second place with 13 percent of the total vote, a new USA Today/Suffolk University survey released on Tuesday indicates that we have a new Republican frontrunner. To quote a famous 90s hit classic, say it ainÂ’t so: Donald Trump has surged to the top of a crowded Republican presidential field, a USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll finds, but the brash billionaire is also the weakest competitor among the top seven GOP candidates against Democrat Hillary Clinton. In the nationwide survey, Trump leads at 17% and former Florida...
