I just got a call from my sister. My nephew, Travis, shot himself and is on life-support. He's not expected to live. Details are sketchy at this point. I'm calling on all FR prayer warriors to send their prayers Heavenward.

Knak had previously requested prayer for her beloved husband. He has liver cancer, and his kidneys have failed. She learned this morning that this failure is permanent and that he will be coming home to spend his last days with his family. She has asked for prayer that he will peacefully be ushered into the Presence of the Lord, and for wisdom in telling their 9-year-old son.

My mom loves this site. It keeps her going through the good times and bad. She is always sharing with me info she gets here as well as things you all say. You have been such an encouragement to her in her faith and politics. She suffered a heart attack and is in the hospital. Tomorrow she goes for a triple bypass operation. She seems so nervous. The son of friends of mine was killed in a plane crash on Saturday, April 6, 2002. He was a student at a college in Louisiana and training to become a pilot.
