For the first time in ages, I am refurbing an arcade machine. I have done nine of them, but it has been a while. Anyway, I use an old Win98 PC to emulate arcade games in the old case, and I have forgotten if this can be done...I am trying to idiot proof the machine so after I get it set up, people won't be messing with the OS. I was just listening to the GREAT one Mark Levin. He seemed to be in rare form. Does he sometimes have cocktail hour during Friday shows? He was brilliant as always but he seemed to be much more jovial than other weekdays.
