Rather than rebut the media, let's just post the actual words of Donald Trump, so everyone can compare what the media says versus what Donald Trump actually said. About Iowa Voters: Trump is talking about Carson's story of stabbing his friend. He relates what Carson has written about lunging with a knife to stab his friend when lo and behold it hits the friend's belt instead... and then: "He plunged it (the knife) into the belt, and amazingly the belt stay totally (fine?), and the knife broke --- how stupid are the people of Iowa, how stupid are the people...

...“It’s a s- -t show,” an unnamed source said. “The Kardashians are trying to run everything. They walked into the hospital with cameras rolling. It was shocking, but hardly a surprise…They are all crying and pretending like they care.”.... The source added Odom suspected Kris Jenner manipulated Khloe into leaving him for plot purposes. “Now he feels they’re using him to boost the show’s ratings,” the source said. “Lamar had no idea he was going to be Khloe’s storyline during the past season,” another source told Radar. “She’s always talking about how much she loves the guy, but has no...

Donald Trump says he's not blaming George W. Bush for 9/11, but he claims that if he'd been president, the attacks never would have happened. In an appearance on "Fox News Sunday," the real estate mogul said that since he's "extremely, extremely tough on immigration" the attackers wouldn't have been in position to commandeer U.S. flights. "So there's a good chance that those people would not have been in our country," Trump said. He took another shot at Jeb Bush for claiming that Bush's brother, the 43rd president, kept the nation safe. "I'm not blaming George Bush," Trump said. "But...

This showed up in my FB newsfeed today, regarding something that occurred earlier this week while I was in Colorado: Things got awkward on Monday when Donald Trump asked an Asian-American college student if he was from South Korea. A 20-year-old Harvard economics major identified by NPR as Joseph Choe had launched into a query about South Korea during a question-and-answer session at the No Labels-hosted Problem Solver Convention in New Hampshire. "I just had a really quick question about something you said earlier this summer," Choe said in video captured by C-SPAN. "Basically, you said that South Korea takes...

Donald Trump has resumed criticizing Megyn Kelly, threatening to disrupt the fragile, on-again-off-again truce between himself and Fox News. Trump took to Twitter during Kelly's Thursday night broadcast to criticize her guests, as "dumb puppets." He also claimed that he didn't watch her show -- which is doubtful, given his tweets -- and retweeted users who disparaged the program. Trump kicked off Thursday night's tirade by targeting Kelly's guests, Fox News digital politics editor Chris Stirewalt and former George Bush speechwriter Marc Thiessen, who now serves as a columnist and Fox News contributor. "Megyn Kelly has two really dumb puppets,...

SNIP Of her dad’s feud with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, Ivanka called the war of words “sensationalized” and “very much for TV.” Shrugging it off further, she said in what sounded a bit like channeling the Donald, “Truthfully, it didn’t interest me that much.”

The unfortunate drama surrounding the collision and sinking of the Ady Gil has finally reached a conclusion. An arbitrator last week ruled that the Sea Shepherd acted “wrongful” in their decision to scuttle the ship and not allow for proper salvage efforts. The trimaran, named for its benefactor and owner Ady Gil, a Hollywood TV businessman and animal activist, famously collided on January 7th, 2010 with a Japanese whaling vessel. The event, captured on film for Animal Planet’s “Whale Wars” reality series, drew international attention for both the conservation organization and its anti-whaling mission. While the Ady Gil was disabled...

Reality TV. I realize how furiously I’m swimming against the tide here, but I’ll give it a shot anyway. Let’s start with a fact that has nothing to do with what happened last night on CNN, or what happened a month ago on Fox News: You can tell pretty much everything you need to know about every presidential candidate by spending a few hours on Google. You can look up their policy positions and their backgrounds. You can find video clips of them speaking. You can find articles by their critics containing lots of arguments against them. You can do...

Who better to replace celebrity turned politician Donald Trump as host of NBC’s "Celebrity Apprentice" than celebrity turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger? No one, according to NBC. The network announced Monday morning that the former California governor will take over the seat relinquished by the GOP presidential front-runner when the show returns to the air next year. “I have always been a huge fan of ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ and the way it showcases the challenges and triumphs of business and teamwork,” Schwarzenegger said in a statement. “I am thrilled to bring my experience to the boardroom and to continue to raise...

SNIP During Tuesday night’s reunion episode of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” Bravo honcho Andy Cohen revealed that newcomer Dorinda Medley had gotten an unlikely endorsement from Hillary Clinton. “I hear that you heard from Hillary Clinton about the show,” Cohen, 47, said to Medley. “Yes, can you believe that,” the 50-year-old socialite exclaimed. “‘Cause Richard [Medley’s deceased husband] used to work on [Bill Clinton’s ] campaign, so I got a call from one of the people who work on it and they said, ‘You know I just want to tell you that Hillary really enjoys you on...

Keeping up with The Megyn: Like the government the fawning media of the day tries so hard to emulate, mainstream media has now given itself authority over the masses—including aspiring Republican presidential hopefuls—to which it has no right. Fox News, which came onto the media world as providers of “the fair and balanced” news, are now coming on just like Obama, having proved before 24 million viewers, it’s now going to be their way or the highway. Until We the People find a legal way to get around their destructive polices, they have to put up with Big Government in...

Trump, the billionaire real-estate mogul, on Tuesday will release a summary of assets that total about $9 billion as part of his likely entry into the race for the Republican presidential nomination, according to people familiar with his plans. Reality TV is now dictating to the masses what is 'normal' and making millions of dollars at it in the process There’s always a Paul Harvey-type “the rest of the story” for everything. According to Greek mythology, a young Narcissus fell in love with his own image reflected in a pool of water, the pool of life. Hurtling forward to centuries later, along comes a preening, latter-day Narcissus, Barry Soetoro, posing in full presidential gear as Barack Obama, who when he peered into the pool of life, saw not just himself reflected there but millions of people just like him...

Whether he wears high heels or not, Jenner’s still what his Creator made him--a guy. In the ‘60s and ‘70s, spouses wanting to duck out on commitment and responsibility abandoned their marriages on the pretext of going off to “find myself”. With the ‘Me Generation’ coming into its own, and ‘free love’ in abundant supply, what could possibly go wrong? Life for the Lib-Left tumbled along like tumbling tumbleweeds down the empty streets of America’s western ghost towns over ensuing decades. People got used to knowing that Liberals have not only always justified any and all behavior with bleeding heart...

I just saw a commercial during the NASCAR race for casting for a new Fox reality show called Utopia. Fox is casting now for its new show, bringing people together who want to build the "perfect" society. I thought this topic would be of interest to FReepers and maybe some might be interested in auditioning.

Reality TV is about to get hot and heavy. The Post reports that WE tv has ordered a one-hour pilot of Sex Box, a reality show where couples will do the deed inside a soundproof box. Based on the U.K. show of the same name, the format takes real couples whose relationships are on the rocks, has them fornicate in the box, and then immediately address their issues with a panel of experts. The ‘in the moment’ approach “fosters conversations about intimacy that are completely filterless and emotionally honest,” according to the network’s pilot description.
