“Well-trained … ninjas” from Chile are burglarizing wealthy Americans in the Detroit, Michigan, suburbs after using the Visa Waiver Program to get into the United States, Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard says. In an interview with FOX 2 Detroit, Bouchard sounded the alarm yet again on the rise of foreign burglary gangs from South America operating across the U.S. — including in the Detroit suburbs where wealthy residents are being targeted for their money, jewelry, and designer handbags.

Another Cook County jail detainee who was freed during a mass release of prisoners as the COVID-19 outbreak began in March is now charged with committing a new felony. He is at least the fourth benefactor of the COVID release program to be charged with a new felony in recent days. Zyan Damper, age 19, was initially arrested on August 21 last year after he and another man allegedly got out of a stolen car and committed a robbery near the Magnificent Mile, ... then got arrested again in October on charges of felony theft. He posted bail again and...

Expressway ramps leading into the downtown area are also shut down. The Best Buy at North and Clybourn was destoyed by looters. Apparently roast beef sandwiches weren’t enough for this winner. A Florida Man is accused of stealing $1450 that was being counted by an Arby’s cashier. The man, Christopher Merrick, told police that the money “was like calling out to me” before he grabbed it. He walked into a closed Arby’s in as a female worker was counting the cash for her cash drawer. When the employee walked away from the counter, Merrick, grabbed the cash and ran out of the store. Merrick ran into a nearby McDonald’s and hid in the women’s bathroom.

As protests continued to escalate this weekend over the death of Freddie Gray, whose spine was allegedly severed while in police custody, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake made the unlikely request that her police department “give those who wished to destroy space to do that.” This concept was expectedly mind-blowing to Rush Limbaugh, who called it “one of the most disqualifying statements ever made by a politician,” adding, “I mean, there’s no rational explanation for that.” The conservative radio host went on to say, “I don’t pretend to know what goes on in Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s mind.” But then, he quickly added,...
