Authorities investigating the shooting of a University of San Diego student as she drove south Tuesday morning on state Route 163 found about 10 bullet casings that may be linked to the incident. All southbound lanes of Route 163 between Interstate 15 and Balboa Avenue were closed from 10:40 a.m. to 1:55 p.m. as officers fanned out across the lanes searching for evidence.
