BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: This is really fascinating what's being attempted here in St. Louis and in Ferguson. It's not by any means the first time, but this is the most brazen that I can recall. We have an event that happened. We've had hours, days, weeks of evidence and testimony. It's been corroborated. The liars were discovered and thrown out. We know what happened. Yet that wasn't the desired result, and so that result doesn't count and it's being rebuilt into a new problem, and the problem in St. Louis is the cops. The problem in Ferguson is the police....

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Yesterday during the discussion of the aftermath in Ferguson, Missouri, and what I characterized as power, not truth, taking place. The truth is a variable. The truth is definable based on who has the power to do that. They didn't get what they wanted in Ferguson, so now they're trying to -- Rich Lowry had a great line in his column today. I think it was in the New York Post. It was about the aftermath of Ferguson, and it was about the meeting at the White House with Sharpton and Obama and Eric Holder. And Lowry...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: I have some Obamacare news here. "Leading US CEOs..." This is a Reuters story. "Leading US CEOs, angered by the [Regime]'s challenge to certain 'workplace wellness' programs, are threatening to side with anti-Obamacare forces unless the government backs off... Major US corporations have broadly supported President Barack Obama's healthcare reform despite concerns over several of its elements, largely because it included provisions encouraging the wellness programs. "The programs aim to control health care costs by reducing smoking, obesity, hypertension and other risk factors that can lead to expensive illnesses. A bipartisan provision in [Obamacare] allows employers to...

RUSH: There's only one man in America who can say anything about race and not get any blowback. There is only one man who can opine in a way contrary to the civil rights coalition version of events and not get any blowback. I'm not talking about Sharpton or Jackson. They get blowback from opponents and so forth. I'm not talking about them. There's one person not involved in the civil rights movement, not involved in the race base, there's only one man in America who can react to this and say whatever he wants to say publicly, not on...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: The situation in Ferguson, Missouri, is, I think, a great illustration of exactly where we are in this country in our politics on practically everything. Over the weekend I did a lot of thinking about where we are and the struggles that we have, the arguments that we have, the ability we have to try to turn things around in the country, and every day I'm reminded how insurmountable the task seems to be. Because something has happened. We all know this. I've been struggling with ways to actually verbalize it. I'm not gonna say anything here...

In filling in for Rush Limbaugh on his Friday show, conservative commentator Mark Steyn scoffed at the notion Republicans would handle impeachment well enough to even attempt. The author of “The Undocumented Mark Steyn” responded a caller’s question about impeachment and acknowledge that Obama penalizes the lawful, while incentivizing the lawless, but was skeptical congressional Republicans would do anything about it. As it pertained to impeachment, he pointed to the impeachment proceedings against former President Bill Clinton in the 1990s and explained that based upon the Republican Senate leadership’s handling of impeachment at the time, there is no reason to...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: I tried yesterday to make a point about this business in Ferguson, and I did not spend enough time actually thinking about how I wanted to say it in order to be the most clearly communicable and understood. The artificiality of this, and I do mean artificiality. These were not riots. These were planned, staged, predicted, counted on incidents of civil disobedience. This was not a riot. This did not happen spontaneously. It did not happen because of something that happened unexpectedly that caused people to lose their mind. They planned it. It was a strategic plan,...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Oh, yeah. I'm gonna get to Obama last night. Oh, man, am I gonna get to Obama last night. Everybody thinks Obama called for calm last night. That's what everybody thinks. BREAK TRANSCRIPT RUSH: So the president of the United States, Mr. Hope and Change, appeared somewhere in the White House (looked like the briefing room) last night shortly after ten o'clock after the DA in St. Louis had finished his announcement and explanation and taken a few questions. Obama came out and... Well, he called for calm. But then he went on and spoke for 20...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Yeah, really, when you stop -- and I'm sure most of you have -- when you stop and think about what's gonna happen tonight and the way it's being promoted, and the way it's playing out, I don't know, it's kind of surreal. Everybody involved knows that what's gonna happen tonight's unconstitutional. Everybody knows it. And there's nothing that can stop it. And stop and think of that. Everybody knows. I don't care if they're in the Drive-By Media. I don't care if they're in the White House. I don't care if they're in the Senate. I...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Looky here. Looky here, ladies and gentlemen. Jeffrey Toobin on CNN has just finished explaining that it is prosecutorial discretion that Obama will use to justify what he's doing tonight. Ashleigh Banfield said, "If the president's actions effectively nullify federal law, then they're unconstitutional. But if they're merely channel enforcement resources to other areas, then it's within his discretion to do so, right? Is the layperson's version of that, if you're going 70 in a 55 zone, the policeman might pull you over. But if you're going 60 he might use that discretion and say, 'I'm gonna...

RUSH: Did you hear what happened with Don Lemon? You saw it? Yeah, and it is. And I'm wondering, you know, we -- (interruption) Who is saying "yes" to me? Snerdley? Don Lemon on CNN, this is the guy who asked a transportation expert if a black hole could have swallowed the missing Malaysian Airlines jet, a Boeing 777. He's back today, and he was discussing one of the women who was raped by Bill Cosby, allegedly assaulted by Bill Cosby. By the way, is anybody asking what is behind this? Why now, all of a sudden out of the...

President Barack Obama was scorched Monday as a “sociopathic” liar and “lying con man” by radio host Rush for denying he misled the American public to get his signature health-care plan known as Obamacare passed. “Obama is now fully exposed as nothing more, in common parlance, as a lying con man.” He said the issue of Net neutrality is the latest big con coming from Obama.

Explanation: Framing a bright emission region this telescopic view looks out along the plane of our Milky Way Galaxy toward the nebula rich constellation Cygnus the Swan. Popularly called the Tulip Nebula the glowing cloud of interstellar gas and dust is also found in the 1959 catalog by astronomer Stewart Sharpless as Sh2-101. About 8,000 light-years distant and 70 light-years across the complex and beautiful nebula blossoms at the center of this composite image. Red, green, and blue hues map emission from ionized sulfur, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms. Ultraviolet radiation from young, energetic stars at the edge of the Cygnus...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: To me, this is breathtaking stuff that is happening here, and it's being covered up and hidden because other liberal Democrats know how devastating this is. The media, for example. To report this Gruber business, to be honest about it, would undermine the whole premise of Obama! This guy has admitted the whole premise of Obamacare was a lie. Everything about it was a lie. Now you've got Obama with his threatened executive action -- and don't discount for a moment, there are multiple motives for this. Of course, at the top is actually doing them. I...

Patty Glaser, the lawyer for Rush Limbaugh, said that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee's attempts to fundraise off of Limbaugh's comments on sexual assault were "unforgivable" in an appearance on Monday's "Hannity" on the Fox News Channel. Glaser called the DCCC's fundraising "just unforgivable, and it's black and white. There needs to be no hyperbole, there needs to be no stretching. Rush's comments were deliberately taken out of context for apparently political reasons by people who should know better. This was not an irresponsible blogger. This was a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee made up of people that we've elected to...

Radio host Rush Limbaugh has threatened to sue the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) for defamation, The Daily Caller has learned. Limbaugh retained the services of lawyer Patty Glaser and demanded that the DCCC “preserve all records in anticipation of a lawsuit for defamation and interference” after the Democratic Party group led a campaign against Limbaugh based on out-of-context statements the host made about sexual assault. Limbaugh’s legal team delivered a letter to DCCC representatives Monday informing them of the legal threat. Limbaugh has also demanded a public retraction and apology. The Limbaugh team is currently proceeding from the standpoint...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Obama's out there at his press conference yesterday, and it was dripping with condescension. We got some sound bites coming up. F. Chuck Todd says the Democrats are outraged privately that Obama didn't take any responsibility for this yesterday. Yes. F. Chuck Todd on the nightly news last night with Brian Williams, and the question, "I did hear from Democrats today, F. Chuck, and they think the president needs some new people around him." TODD: I heard from Democrats today that thought the president made a mistake not accepting more responsibility today at that press conference. The...

RUSH: Look, there's a larger point here. I thought you guys would be chewing my head off by now, but let me look at the roster. Two... three... Okay, there's one. I have two up there that I thought I was gonna get right off the bat who think I'm sabotaging the Republican Party with my analysis so far. In fact, let's grab one. Aubrey in San Angelo, Texas. You gotta be going there to get there. You'll never accidentally run into San Angelo, Texas, which is a good thing about it. It's a great place to go hide. Aubrey,...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Mitt Romney: If the Republicans win the Senate, we'll get amnesty, and he is happy about it. If Republicans win the Senate, we're gonna get amnesty! (clapping) He's clapping his hands. You want to hear it? Grab audio sound bite 15. Sunday morning, Fox News Sunday. Chris Wallace said, "The Senate, on a bipartisan basis, passed comprehensive immigration reform. House Republicans blocked it. So what?" ROMNEY: You're gonna see a provision, first of all, to secure the border; second of all, to deal with those who've come here illegally; and third, to make sure that our immigration...
