Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton asserted that none of the debate moderators asked her how she was going to create more jobs when in reality that was the very first question asked to her during the first presidential debate. . . . “I was waiting for the moment when one of the people asking the questions would have said, so exactly how are you going to create more jobs?” Clinton said. “I mean I thought, ya know, I thought at some moment that would happen,” she continued to a chorus of laughter.

Hillary Clinton, who survived sniper fire in Bosnia to run for the presidency, called on Thursday for a bipartisan fight to end an epidemic of “fake news” she now blames for her defeat by Donald Trump. Hillary is a consummate serial liar. From lying to the parents of the four Benghazi dead in front of their sons’ caskets, repeating the infamous video lie, of which she arguably was the architect, to dodging sniper fire in Bosnia, to being named for Sir Edmund Hillary years before he climbed Mt. Everest, to her claim she made $100,000 in the futures market almost...

“Today I informed the management at Breitbart News of my immediate resignation,” the reporter at the center of the controversy at the conservative site told BuzzFeed News, the week after Trump’s campaign manager allegedly grabbed her. Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields and editor-at-large Ben Shapiro are resigning from the company over the site’s handling of Donald Trump’s campaign manager’s alleged assault on Fields, BuzzFeed News has learned. Fields and Shapiro informed Breitbart News chairman Steve Bannon of their decision Sunday night. “Today I informed the management at Breitbart News of my immediate resignation,” Fields said in a statement sent to BuzzFeed...

Brian Williams: 'I’m Sorry. I Said Things That Weren’t True' by Lisa de Moraes “I’m sorry. I said things that weren’t true. I let down my NBC colleagues and our viewers, and I’m determined to earn back their trust,” Brian Williams said this morning in a stunning apology that accompanied the network’s announcement he is returning to the air but not the NBC Nightly News anchor chair. “I will greatly miss working with the team on Nightly News, but I know the broadcast will be in excellent hands with Lester Holt as anchor. I will support him 100% as he...

President Obama said that the 'Constitutional system that he took an oath to preserve, protect and defend constrains his ability to tackle gun control. He's right -- that's how it was designed.

At a fundraiser last night in San Francisco, President Barack Obama said that the Newtown killer gunned down 20 children using a "fully automatic weapon." From the official transcript, provided by the White House: Now, over the next couple of months, we’ve got a couple of issues: gun control. (Applause.) I just came from Denver, where the issue of gun violence is something that has haunted families for way too long, and it is possible for us to create common-sense gun safety measures that respect the traditions of gun ownership in this country and hunters and sportsmen, but also make...

President Obama told a group of Democratic donors Wednesday night that the children killed in the Newtown, Conn. attack last December were shot with a “fully automatic weapon.”Speaking to donors at a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser in San Francisco, Obama urged the need for “gun control,” and referred for the first time to an alleged “fully automatic weapon” involved in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, which took the lives of 20 children and 6 adults.

In his pursuit of overarching gun control legislation in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook massacre, President Barack Obama has been dogged. He's been relentless. He's been demagogic, too, whether flanking himself with schoolchildren (the implication being that his political opponents don't care about dead kids) or suggesting that if just one life can be saved by his legislation, we ought to buy into it wholeheartedly (a proposition that would justify almost any sort of government overreach). But on Wednesday, President Obama took his gun control push a step further: He admitted that only the Constitution stands between him and...

Obama: ‘I Am Constrained By A System That Our Founders Put In Place’ April 4, 2013 8:14 AM DENVER (CBSDC/AP) — Ratcheting up pressure for Congress to limit access to guns, President Barack Obama said Wednesday that recent steps by Colorado to tighten its gun laws show “there doesn’t have to be a conflict” between keeping citizens safe and protecting Second Amendment rights to gun ownership. “I believe there doesn’t have to be a conflict in reconciling these realities,” Obama said in Denver, where he stepped up his call for background checks for all gun purchases and renewed his demand...

Obama in Colorado: " ..... when Michelle came back from doing some campaigning out in rural Iowa. And we were sitting at dinner, and she had been to like a big county, a lot of driving out there, a lot of farmland. And she said, if I was living out in a farm in Iowa, I'd probably want a gun, too. ....."

DENVER (TheBlaze/AP) — Ratcheting up pressure for Congress to limit access to guns, President Barack Obama said Wednesday that recent steps by Colorado to tighten its gun laws show “there doesn’t have to be a conflict” between keeping citizens safe and protecting Second Amendment rights to gun ownership. “I believe there doesn’t have to be a conflict in reconciling these realities,” Obama said in Denver, where he stepped up his call for background checks for all gun purchases and renewed his demand that Congress at least vote on banning assault weapons and limiting access to large-capacity ammunition magazines. The president...

As President Obama prepares to head to Colorado on Wednesday to push gun control legislation, some are calling into question the validity of a key statistic he’s using to tout his message on near-universal background checks. During several speeches, Obama has said 40 percent of all gun purchases were made without a background check.

I really couldn't care less if Obama shot skeet or not. The photo released by the White House shows that this is probably the first time this man has ever fired a shotgun, much less shot a round of skeet. However, it does show something blatantly obvious - he doesn't appear to be standing at a shooting station at the Camp David skeet range. Below is a photo from the UK Daily Mail of the Camp David skeet range. See any differences? http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/02/02/article-2272417-174E1F37000005DC-87_634x446.jpg

The recently released photograph of President Obama reportedly “Taken at Camp David – the Maryland presidential retreat – on August 4, 2012, his 51st birthday,” is a complete fake. As a lifelong shotgunner, I immediately smelled a rat. Nothing in the photo looks right and upon closer examination, it is a complete fraud. One need go no further than examining the ports on the shotgun. ... One will immediately notice that there is smoke coming from the right side of the gun in the photo as well as out the front. The only problem is that there is no smoke...

I'm sure we've all seen by now the "photo op" of President Obama shooting skeet. If he's shooting skeet then I'm Daffy Duck. Now, what's wrong with the president's picture? First the weapon is nearly level to the ground. Can't be skeet shooting, nor likely trap either. Second, it is evident that the President has never shot a shotgun before as his stance is leaning slightly backward. Look at the position of his torso to his legs. Skeet or trap shooters never do this. They lean slightly forward like a boxer in the ring. Third, he doesn't know or was never...

Wait, did we say Twitter users have been Photoshopping that picture of President Mom Jeans and his shotgun? Can’t be. As Twitchy reported earlier today, the White House issued the photo with the stern warning that it “may not be manipulated in any way.” Some of these are just captions, though, and the rest aren’t manipulations, but rather a process left over from the Bush era called “enhancement.”

Day 2 and the controversy heats up: Did Big Guy play golf or go shootin’ on his birthday? First, some information on background: Despite being surrounded by well-equipped Secret Service agents at all times, BO insists on packin’ his own: Oh yeah; it’s big. It’s black. It’s powerful. It’s Barry’s Black-Barry (BBB), and it’s smokin’ hot. BBB allows him to shoot off important text messages at any time: After handling another crisis, Big Guy returns his piece to its holster: For an experienced shooter like BO, there is no doubt in my mind that he could squeeze in both...

Ports are tiny holes sometimes drilled near the muzzle (the business end of the gun) to release energy and reduce recoil. They serve as a pressure release valve of sorts. One will immediately notice that...

Some of you younger folks might not remember this, but there was a time when the media questioned Power. No, really, once upon a time, the media saw it as its duty to be forever questioning and skeptical of Power, especially when Power was in pursuit of more power. Today, however, the White House released a photo that purports to show Obama (love that tucked-in shirt) shooting skeet last August. Except… he's shooting straight ahead, which means that there's either a barn door somewhere in need of some patching, or Obama is such an awesome skeet shooter, he hits them...
