Iowa police are investigating a group of black teenagers after witnesses say they ran around a state fair declaring that it was “beat whitey night” and attacked white patrons. Witnesses told police that about 30 to 40 Black teens were seen walking around the fair Sunday making racist remarks and attacking whites. When police arrived on the scene, a scuffle reportedly took place between teens and officers that ended in eleven arrests.
