Associated Press ALBANY, N.Y. Governor Pataki is proposing legislation that would keep personal information on sportsmen's licenses from being disclosed to the public. Pataki says the law would protect the privacy of people whose personal information is attached to the hundreds of thousands of hunting, fishing and trapping licenses issued each year by the state Department of Environmental Conservation.
