Police have sealed off a block of flats in the Swedish city of Malmo following an explosion. The bomb squad and a dog unit are at the scene, but it is currently unclear what caused the blast. Police were alerted at at 9.19pm by a number of people living nearby. "We got calls from two people with five minutes apart," says police spokesperson Calle Persson.
