A Vallejo woman was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon Wednesday morning for allegedly throwing a steak knife at a Denny's waitress, police said. The restaurant at 4355 Sonoma Blvd. had refused to serve the woman because she had left without paying her bill on several occasions, Lt. Jeff Bassett said. A Palm Coast man who stabbed his computer with a samurai sword during a child-porn search of his home in May has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of receiving child pornography over the Internet, officials said today.
