Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to speak to Congress at 11:00 a.m., but it appears that President Obama will not be watching most of the speech. The White House Press Office released an update to his daily schedule this morning, announcing a video conference call with world leaders for 11:30 a.m. in the situation room, likely as Netanyahu is finishing his speech.
