BRISTOL, Tenn. -- Authorities say three people have died and another was injured in a shooting at an apartment building in Bristol, Tenn. Police say the 26-year-old suspect, Rusty L. Rumley, was captured soon after the shooting that happened at noon today. Police spokeswoman Stephanie Hoskins says the shooting occurred during a domestic dispute at Edgemont Towers. She says Rumley was captured after he crashed his car about 20 miles south of Bristol. She couldn't provide other details of his capture. Details on the victims weren't immediately available.
