Alec Baldwin has never been a fan of paparazzi, but they sure love hanging out around him, despite his behavior toward them. For example, this afternoon, Baldwin reportedly pinned a photographer against the hood of a car. Baldwin was angry that the photographer was trying to take pictures of his wife Hilaria, days after she gave birth to their daughter. The police were called. It was a mess. See photos of the incident below. You'd think instead of fighting, the two could've just chatted about wearing long socks with shorts.

In a testament to the depravity of thug culture, an Australian collegiate baseball player attending school in America was killed by three teenagers looking for fun, police reported. Christopher Lane, who was out for a jog in the town of Duncan, Oklahoma where his girlfriend and her family live, was targeted at random after he passed a home where the boys were staying. ”They saw Christopher go by, and one of them said: ‘There’s our target,’” said Police Chief Danny Ford. ”The boy who has talked to us said, ‘We were bored and didn’t have anything to do, so we...

I'm in them middle of a discussion with some folks who want me to list incidents where people have been arrested for disagreeing with Obama. I know there have been incidents where people have had things happen to them, because they go against this administration, but can anyone give me some backup (links, etc) that show whether anyone has been arrested, and/or worse, because of disagreeing with Obama? I know the IRS is a big one...although no one has been arrested, or have they?

On the cover of the Sept. 2013 issue of Ebony, Wade and his two sons, Zaire and Zion, are seen wearing gray hoodies. Underneath them is text that reads "We are Trayvon."

50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, pleaded not guilty Monday in Los Angeles on domestic violence charges filed by his ex Daphne Narvaez. The video of the court proceedings, obtained by ABC News, shows Judge Bernard Kamins reading Jackson, 38, the criminal protective order, which becomes active in domestic violence cases. His next court date was set for Sept. 4. “The defendant, that’s Curtis Jackson, not harass, strike, threaten, assault, sexually or otherwise, follow, stalk, molest , destroy or damage personal or real property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, or block the movements of the protected persons named above,” Kamins...

Something didn't seem quite right about the prisoner. He was sitting in court in downtown Tampa with a dozen or so other inmates, all clad in identical, orange prison garb, but he stood out somehow. Maybe, Hillsborough County sheriff's Master Sgt. Tracy Wallace thought, it was because he kept staring at her. "I had noticed this individual's behavior and that heightened my awareness," Wallace said Wednesday. "He was studying me and the equipment I was wearing."

When Barack Obama said that if he had a son, "he'd look like Trayvon," it perhaps didn't say much for him as a parent. And when the president now says that Martin could have been him "35 years ago," it doesn't say much for him as a youth. Of course, we know that Choom Gang Obama smoked marijuana like Martin. I wonder, though, did he miss 53 out of 90 days of school and get suspended 3 times during that period? Was he caught with ladies jewelry, a "burglary tool" and drug paraphernalia in school? Did he enjoy fighting and,...

THIS JUST IN… George Zimmerman filed a civil suit today just before 5PM EST at the Seminole County, Florida, Courthouse. The suit alleges the parents of Trayvon Martin, failed to control their minor-age son on the evening of February 26, 2012, when Martin repeatedly assaulted Zimmerman, placing him in imminent fear for his life and resulting in the death of Martin. The civil action specifies that Zimmerman acted in self defense resulting in the case being ruled a justifiable homicide by a jury trial that ended on Saturday with a verdict of not guilty. Desperate state prosecutors charged the victim...

Zimmerman, 29, blinked and barely smiled when the verdict was announced. He could have been convicted of second-degree murder or manslaughter. But the jury of six women, all but one of them white, reached a verdict of not guilty after deliberating well into the night Saturday.

Two Milwaukee men — each with a state permit to carry a concealed weapon — traded dozens of shots in a rolling shootout through two sides of town and down a freeway, the kind of scenario concealed-carry opponents warned would turn road rage incidents deadly. No one was killed or injured in the June 26 incident, according to a criminal complaint that charges just one of the men with a crime. Prosecutors aren't saying any more about the case, and the shooters couldn't be reached for comment Friday. But the gunfight is bound to spark more debate over concealed carry....

I must admit, I’m kinda feeling Rachel Jeantel. While watching the proceedings in the George Zimmerman trial in the death of Trayvon Martin, I have found the two days of testimony by the last person to speak with the 17-year-old student to be nothing short of riveting. Let’s be honest. Jeantel is not your average witness. She is a 19-year-old Miami resident who is due to complete high school next year. Her speech mannerisms are utterly urban, about as far from the queen’s English as one could imagine. And her disposition on the stand ranged from annoyance to sheer antagonism....

A 75-year-old woman found dead in her northwest Las Vegas home in May was beaten with a pistol and shot in the head during a robbery, according to police reports. Jean Main was found dead the morning of May 21 at her home in a gated community on Green Pasture Avenue near Lone Mountain Road and Durango Drive, with her home apparently burglarized. Metro detectives learned that a laptop, Kindle Fire, Main’s purse, $800 and several other items were missing from the house.

The scandals swirling around the Obama administration have many journalists scratching their heads as to how “hope and change” seem to have been supplanted by “arrogance and fear.” Perhaps it’s time they revisit one of their original premises about Barack Obama: that he wasn’t influenced by the Chicago Daley machine. You know: the machine that boosted his career and whose protégés — including Valerie Jarrett, David Axelrod, Rahm Emanuel, and his wife, Michelle — he brought to Washington with him. The liberal take on the president was best summed up by Slate magazine’s Jacob Weisberg, who wrote last year that...

The 21-year-old Hofstra student who was killed during a Long Island home invasion was shot dead by a police officer as the gunman had her in a headlock and was trying to drag her out of the house, officials said Saturday. Nassau County Police said at a news conference Andrea Rebello was killed by police, not by the armed gunman who was trying to rob the off-campus house where she was living with her twin sister, Jessica, and several others. Rebello, a Hofstra junior studying public relations, and suspect Dalton Smith, 30, were both shot and killed as he was...

... "She connects the dots," Crump told the media excitedly. "She completely blows Zimmerman's absurd defense claim out of the water." According to Crump, the heavy-set, twenty-eight year old "loose cannon" had no intention of going back to his truck. He pursued Martin and shot him down. Dee Dee heard it all. The witnesses confirmed her testimony. Cried the outraged Crump at the end of his presentation, "Arrest George Zimmerman for the killing of Trayvon Martin in cold blood today." Crump got his point across. Gutman headlined his piece on ABC.com, "Trayvon Martin's Last Phone Call Triggers Demand for Arrest...

WASHINGTON – House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) made the following statement in response to President Barack Obama’s assertion that he’s “not familiar” with Benghazi whistleblowers being blocked from telling their stories: “A lawyer for Benghazi whistleblowers has publicly stated that the State Department is blocking her client’s ability to talk freely with counsel. Over the past two weeks, I have sent four letters requesting that this Administration make information available about how lawyers – who already have security clearances and are representing Benghazi whistleblowers – can be cleared to fully hear their clients’ stories. I...
