I disagree w/ @KamalaHarris on many things but I celebrate the ascension of a ferociously self-determined, highly accomplished & thoroughly prepared woman of color to the top of a national ticket. She's a reminder that diversity & possibility are the core of what makes USA great.

President-elect Donald Trump will meet with two former GOP Primary rivals, Carly Fiorina and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, on Monday in New York City at Trump Tower, according to his transition team. Fiorina, who briefly ran as Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) running mate during the Primary, has been a Trump critic, suggesting weeks before the election that he should “step aside” and allow his running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, to head the Republican ticket after the Washington Post published audio of Trump making lewd remarks about women with Billy Bush. “Donald Trump does not represent me or my...

The New York Times reported Monday that Republican president-elect Donald Trump was considering former primary opponent Carly Fiorina for the nation’s top intelligence post. “Mr. Trump will meet on Monday with Carly Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard chief executive, to discuss the job of director of national intelligence,” The Times reported, citing a senior transition official. If selected, Fiorina would be the first female director. She would also be the first director with no prior government experience, although she was the chair of the informal CIA External Advisory Board under the Bush administration. Fiorina’s selection would be unusual given the lingering...

Carly Fiorina is planning a political comeback. The former 2016 Republican presidential candidate, who briefly became Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas) vice presidential running mate before completely dropping out of the race, is eyeing a Senate seat in Virginia, she said in an interview. “Look, I’m certainly looking at that opportunity,” Fiorina told the John Fredericks Show in an interview this week. “It’s a little early to be making that decision, we’re two weeks into a new administration,” she added. Fiorina, the former CEO of HP, ran for Senate in her home state of California in 2010, but failed to knock-off...

Both Fiorina and Ingraham are polling at 36 percent in a head-to-head against Kaine. Kaine fared better over Fiorina, earning 57 percent compared to her 36 percent, one percent better than he fared against Ingraham. Kaine earned 56 percent against the conservative radio host. Neither woman was...

Carly Fiorina said on Thursday that President Donald Trump has reached “a new low” with his recent attacks on Stormy Daniels, a porn star who claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006 and has sued him for defamation. “I think the habit of insulting one’s political enemies is unfortunately long standing in this country, and he has brought it to a new low ― a fine art,” Fiorina told CNN’s Anderson Cooper. “There’s no question that in politics personal insults work and they rile people up,” Fiorina said, adding that she thinks the insult “diminishes” the Oval Office....

(VIDEO AT SOURCE) On Saturday, one-time Republican presidential hopeful Carly Fiorina talked about what it was like running against now-president Donald Trump during the last presidential primary. “You memorably had some unpleasant exchanges with then-candidate Donald Trump,” CNN’s S.E. Cupp asked Fiorina who was there to talk about her new book. “You know he can be nasty. He can be tough. What’s your advice to any of the Democratic candidates — men and women — when it comes to running against him?” “Let me just say in fairness — and yes I did face nastiness from Donald Trump — but...

Well, first, when I announced my candidacy for the presidency, I reminded people that Gallup has been asking a very specific question to the American people for decades, do you think the federal government is incompetent, and corrupt? 80% of the American people say yes. 80% of us think the federal government's incompetent and corrupt, which means that Republicans, Democrats, independents, we all kind of agree on that. Well, if you think you want more incompetent, corrupt government, then please, vote for Hillary Clinton, because clearly that's what she would've brought, more. More politics, more corruption, more big government, more...

Carly Fiorina slammed the politicization of sexual assault on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace today. The former HP CEO and 2016 GOP presidential primary candidate called for institutional change, criticized both political parties, and even called out the former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes. When asked why such sexual harassment occurs, Fiorina lamented the fact that in many circles it has been tantamount to an open secret. “In virtually all of these cases, there has been corroboration of the womens' cases. In virtually every case, it's not one woman who comes forward. I think what we all need to...

In a most enlightening YouTube video (embedded below), former Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina makes leftist "journalist" Katie Couric look like a fool regarding the climate change issue. While engaging Couric, Fiorina emphasizes the reality of American dependence upon oil and coal and how these energy sources are needed for the nation's basic survival. Fiorina explains that attempting to cut these energy sources off completely makes no logical sense. Fiorina uses plain old common sense, logic, and facts in confronting the leftist ideologue Katie Couric. Fiorina cites innovation as the solution to the so-called "problem" of climate change – as...

Carly Fiorina, after introducing the Cruz family at a rally, evidently falls down. Not sure if she was hurt or not. But the Cruz's behind her seem oblivious to her plight. I hope she's okay. Check out the video. I'm sure Drudge will throw up a link soon.
