Hannity just got on my last nerve (again). He's talking to a Trump son about "unfair questions". Hannity says he hears unfair questions from the media. He says he never asks unfair questions. But, I never hear, "What exactly is an unfair question"? What makes a question unfair?
  • Jorge Ramos Slams 'Kate's Law' As Unfair to Illegal Immigrants

Univision anchor and open border illegal immigration activist Jorge Ramos is slamming 'Kate's Law' as unfair to illegal aliens. As a reminder Kate's Law, first introduced to public debate by Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, would give a mandatory five years in prison to violent, deported illegal immigrants who reenter the U.S. Kate's Law was proposed after 32-year-old Kate Steinle was killed by an illegal alien, who had been deported five times, while walking on a San Francisco pier with her father back in July. video at link Notice how Ramos uses the term "immigrants" rather than "illegal immigrants." Only once...

The City of Pearland, TX completely ignored its own code of ordinances in order to assess a fine against me over an animal I never owned. I proved my case in open court, but my evidence was ignored. I e-mailed Ted Cruz because he purports to be a champion of citizens' rights and principles. I asked for his help, but he couldn't even trouble himself to respond let alone offer any assistance. I guess he only supports individuals who can help fill his campaign coffers. Yessir, your tax dollars at work. Makes me proud to be a Texas conservative voter.
  • Grassley: DOJ gun ban unfair to veterans

    The Hill ^ | April 15, 2015 | By Tim Devaney
The Obama administration is unfairly blocking tens of thousands of military veterans from owning guns, a Republican senator is charging. The FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) is filled with military veterans who are essentially banned from owning guns, even though they may not be a danger to society, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) wrote this week in a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder. The gun ban "effectively voids their Second Amendment rights,” Grassley said. At issue is whether these veterans are suffering from mental illnesses. According to a 2013 Senate report, the Department of...

Do you want to know why Millennials seem so angry? We promised them that if they worked hard, stayed out of trouble and got good grades that they would be able to achieve the "American Dream". We told them not to worry about accumulating very high levels of student loan debt because there would be good jobs waiting for them at the end of the rainbow once they graduated. Well, it turns out that we lied to them. Nearly half of all Millennials are spending at least half of their paychecks to pay off debt, more than 30 percent of...

The feds closed the doors on private properties two weeks ago. The message was: this is ours, we own it, and we can lock you out. This was a surprise in the East but not in the West. The rural West has put up with arbitrary regulations of vast tracts of land for over a century. The shutdown of national parks and monuments goes along with the their tendency on all federal land in the West to arbitrarily turn off the water, stop access to various areas, and curtail economic activities frowned on by urbanites. If you don't like it,...

7/11/13 - Fox News Channel legal analyst Peter Johnson Jr. scolded the judge presiding in the case against George Zimmerman for the 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin. He said that the judge was "inappropriate" when she raised her voice at Zimmerman's lawyers and prodded the defendant repeatedly over his choice not to testify in the case against him. Doocy said that, given the evidence presented so far, some are asking why Zimmerman was charged with second degree murder in the first place. He also wondered if Zimmerman had received a "fair trial." After playing a clip of Judge Debra Nelson...

Muslim Waleed Aly, (w)academic and (token) ABC host, is angry that US soldiers are fighting in ways which makes it impossible for the Taliban to kill them: [Drones] so radically and fundamentally alter the nature of war that they risk making war seem far less grave, and far easier to wage. Each side confronts the other, with the risk of death and defeat. In short, war should come at a cost. That contract is shredded when you’re attacked by something that cannot itself be killed. It’s not remotely a fair fight. A word to Aly. There is no contract of...

The University of Wisconsin – Superior (UWS) is sponsoring a campaign that teaches students it is “unfair” to be white, a university spokesperson confirmed to Campus Reform last Wednesday. A poster produced by the Unfair Campaign. The controversial project, named the “Unfair Campaign,” exists to teach students that “systems and institutions are set up for us [whites]” and as such are “unfair.” The campaign’s slogan, as it appears on its official website, is “it’s hard to see racism when you’re White.” The project disseminates its controversial message through an aggressive campaign of online videos, billboards, and lectures. Posters produced by...

President Obama says he want to make society more fair. Advocates of big government believe fairness means taking from rich people and giving to others: poor people; or people who do things politicians approve of, like making "green" energy equipment (Solyndra); or old people (even rich ones) through Social Security and Medicare. The idea that government can "make life fair" is intuitively appealing to people -- at least until they think about it. I'll try to help. Obama says fairness requires higher taxes, but as The Wall Street Journal's Stephen Moore asks, "Is it fair that the richest 10 percent...

First, here's the set-your-hair-on-fire clip about which we're all supposed to be enraged, via Rick Santorum on the stump: "I don't care what the unemployment rate's going to be. It doesn't matter to me..." The horror! Rick Santorum doesn't care about the unemployment rate! Except, the former Senator's sentence went on: "...my campaign doesn't hinge on unemployment rates and growth rates. It's something more foundational that's going on." What Santorum was conveying -- albeit terribly ham-handedly -- is that his candidacy is about more than mere economic issues. He's arguing that while Mitt Romney's campaign relies on harnessing and exploiting...

Titus 3:15 The establishments of both Parties hate the Cain 9-9-9 plan so it must be a great program and it is. The main benefit of this plan is the elimination of the IRS which will turn tax preparation into a breeze. There will essentially be one deduction for most people which will be for charity and all others will be eliminated and then taxed at 9%. The IRS is the primary institution in the District of Corruption that enslaves the...

Israel was concerned Tuesday night that the United Nations would encourage terrorists who are supposed to remain outside Israel and Gaza to return to their families, after UN Human Rights Council head Navi Pillay said that requiring the terrorists to relocate from their original homes was against international law. Pillay said that the Council may interview terrorists to determine whether or not they willingly agreed to leave their original homes. "It was with a sense of great relief that we have received news of the agreement to exchange prisoners. We do however have concerns regarding reports that hundreds of Palestinian...

If one child complains that he didn't get as much food as his brother because his frankfurter was cut into four pieces, while his brother's hot dog was cut into five pieces, we laugh. What we often don't realize is that the definitions of "fairness" that adults use are often every bit as arbitrary as those of children. This is why politicians are so in love with the word "fairness." Using that word justifies their attempt to swoop in, ignore merit, overrule the market, and take something from one group of people to give it to another group of people...

Labor Activists Cry Foul Over Wisconsin Election Results By Steve Peoples Roll Call Staff April 8, 2011, 1:12 p.m. Union officials in Wisconsin are calling for thousands of ballots to be immediately impounded and recounted following the revelation that a county clerk’s computer error tipped the state Supreme Court election in conservative Justice David Prosser’s favor. “The mysterious, and arguably timely, discovery of ballots on a personal computer appears to be the latest example of Governor [Scott] Walker and his friends unfairly using the levers of government to silence Wisconsin voters,” Christine Lamitina, a spokeswoman for the Service Employees International...

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said today that it was “unfair” to blame the Federal Reserve’s monetary policies for inflation in emerging markets and defended the Fed against accusations that it has contributed to the rise of global food prices, which have fueled political instability in countries like Tunisia and Egypt. Bernanke was asked about the situation in Egypt during a rare question and answer session following a speech today at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. He initially rejected the premise of the question, but went on to discuss food prices.
