Supporters of POTUS Donald Trump are getting an assist from restaurant app that works similar to Yelp in that it identifies eateries that are “MAGA friendly.” According to The Daily Beast, the app helps Trump supporters locate places where they aren’t going to be accosted, yelled at, threatened, banned, or thrown out. The app, 63red Safe, was compared by the Beast‘s Will Somer to the “Green Book” guide that “listed safe establishments for African-American motorists in the South.”

The Saudi police have arrested a Pakistani resident in Jeddah, identified as Khurshid, for selling bottles filled with camel urine. According to Emirates247, the man was arrested because the urine in the bottles was his own. Sources said the accused were raided and the police found dozens of bottles filled with urine, which after being subjected to analysis, came back positive as human urine. Police said investigations revealed that man was engaged in such activities for months. Camel urine has been known to be consumed by some people to help them cure health problems.

In his newly released book, Sen. John McCain admits he knew the anti-Trump dossier that he infamously passed to the FBI contained “unproven accusations,” “mostly raw, unverified intelligence” and allegations about which the senator “had no idea” if “any were true.” Yet McCain maintains he had an “obligation” to pass the wild charges against Donald Trump to FBI Director James Comey and he would even do it again. “Anyone who doesn’t like it can go to hell,” McCain exclaimed. In the book The Restless Wave, McCain provides an inside account of how he says he came across the dossier. He...

If you’ve ever noticed a strange, not-entirely-pleasant scent coming from your urine after you eat asparagus, you’re definitely not alone. Distinguished thinkers as varied as Scottish mathematician and physician John Arbuthnot (who wrote in a 1731 book that “asparagus…affects the urine with a foetid smell”) and Marcel Proust (who wrote how the vegetable “transforms my chamber-pot into a flask of perfume”) have commented on the phenomenon. Even Benjamin Franklin took note, stating in a 1781 letter to the Royal Academy of Brussels that “A few Stems of Asparagus eaten, shall give our Urine a disagreable Odour” (he was trying to...

A Georgia man caught urinating at a Metro Gold Line station in Pasadena Wednesday was carrying a cache of weapons, including a loaded AR-15-type rifle, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Christopher Goodine, 28, was relieving himself at the Sierra Madre Villa station, deputies said. Besides the rifle, he had a handgun, a machete, a rope, a notebook with odd writing in it, a suppressor and two loaded high-capacity magazines and additional rounds of ammunition inside a duffel bag. Deputies displayed those items during a news conference.

Election machines in three states were not hacked to give Donald Trump the election. There was never a serious post-election movement of electors to defy their constitutional duties and vote for Hillary Clinton. Nor, once Trump was elected, did transgendered people begin killing themselves in alarming numbers. Nor were there mass resignations at the State Department upon his inauguration. Nor did Donald Trump seek an order to “ban all Muslims” from entering the U.S. Instead, he temporarily sought a suspension in visas for everyone, regardless of religion, from seven Middle Eastern states that the Obama administration had earlier identified as...

Once upon a time I was, for many years, senior editor at Penthouse Magazine. Towards the end of my tenure there the owner, Bob Guccione, found himself -- as the direct result of decades of his foolish business decisions -- about to lose the magazine and all he had. Guccione had been a big winner in the game of life but he played the endgame poorly and was about to become a big loser. This was, as so many in his losing situation always think, not the result of his poor decisions but always because of outside forces and "enemies."...

With just ten days to go before he is sworn in as America's forty-fifth president, the political establishment went nuclear on President-elect Donald Trump Tuesday with a double-barreled blast of “leaked” “intelligence” reports by CNN and BuzzFeed. The documents contain explosive, but unverified, opposition research that alleges intel ties between Russia and Trump and also claims Russia holds sexual blackmail material over Trump. One of the most outrageous unconfirmed allegations in the report claims the Russians recorded Trump watching Russian prostitutes urinate on each other in a Moscow hotel room previously occupied by President and Mrs. Barack Obama. Now this… Buzzfeed, Cosmopolitan, and...

While the most of the country has voted to veer away from the transformation of America spearheaded by President Obama, California has vowed to stay the course, at least on the environmental front. In terms of air quality, the state has enacted new regulations to limit how much methane gas cows are allowed to emit while farting. California Air Resources Board science adviser Ryan McCarthy called the attempt “truly ambitious. No one really knows how we’re going to get this done. The State Assembly deserves credit for taking on a task that may well be impossible.” “The obvious first response...

The world’s tallest church is slowly disintegrating at its base due to human urine. Officials responsible for upkeep of the Ulm Minster Church in Ulm, Germany, say the stone base of the tower is eroding due to salt and acids in urine from drunken revelers urinating on the base, CNN reports. The erosion has become such a problem that city officials doubled fines to 100 euros for anyone caught urinating. “I’ve been keeping an eye on it for half a year now and, once again, it’s coated with urine and vomit,” Michael Hilbert, the building’s head of maintenance, told Südwest...

Asylum seekers have left an asylum home and have smeared blood, vomit and faeces all over the walls according to police. In preparation for the visit of U.S. President Barack Obama, riot police in the German town of Hameln needed somewhere for the officers to stay overnight. The police were offered a barracks that previously held migrants but were shocked to discover that the past residents had smeared faeces, vomit and blood all over the walls of the former asylum home reports Junge Freiheit.

A new kind of fuel cell that can turn urine into electricity could revolutionize the way we produce bioenergy, particularly in developing countries. The research, published in Electrochimica Acta, describes a new design of microbial fuel cell that's smaller, cheaper and more powerful than traditional ones. The world's supply of fossil fuels is being depleted, and there is increasing pressure to develop new renewable sources of energy. Bioenergy is one such source, and microbial fuel cells can produce it. In their study, researchers from University of Bath, Queen Mary University of London and the Bristol Robotics Laboratory describe a new...
  • Researchers Have Developed Socks That Generate Electricity Using Urine

The new socks are able to store as much as 648 milliliters of urine, almost 22 ounces, using a network of integrated tubes. When the user walks, the liquid is forced through microbial fuel cells that contain bacteria that consume the nutrients in urine and create electricity in that process. In experiments, the researchers were able to use the socks to power a wireless transmitter, broadcasting a message every two minutes. It's not a totally new idea to use urine in the generation of electricity, although the techniques involved normally use an electric pump to provide the pressure to force...

This is gross. And also sad. Progressivism continues its inevitable descent into complete parody. According to Right Wing News, a few n’er do wellers on 4chan had a brilliant idea: see if they could convince feminists to, “publicly piss/sh*t their pants in the name of ‘Equality?'” For these types of things to work, pranksters start a hashtag usually by attaching it to other well trafficked ones, then the intended marks take it from there. #PissForEquality is not first outlandish hashtag used to successfully troll self-described feminists. Last year, 4chan started the #EndFathersDay hashtag, but with even better trollistic success. Professor...

NEWTOWN, CT (WFSB) - The bizarre discovery of 300 gallons of human urine were found in an abandoned home in Newtown over the weekend. Environmental officials removed the hundreds of one-gallon jugs from the residence on Berksire Road. Now, they are trying to figure out why they were being stored in the home. After the home was condemned on Friday, the state hired a contractor who had to pour the urine into large containers so it could be transported to a wastewater treatment plant.

STENCH AND THE CITY: SF’S SUMMER OF URINE If you’re going to San Francisco, be sure to… plug your nose. By Debra J. Saunders – 8.10.15 How bad is the urine situation in San Francisco? This is not a joke: Monday night, a light pole corroded by urine collapsed and crashed onto a car, narrowly missing the driver. The smell is worse than I have known since I started working for The Chronicle in 1992. It hits your nose on the BART escalator before you reach Market Street. That sour smell can bake for blocks where street people sleep wrapped...
  • Public Urination in New York Becomes Test Case for Policing

Evidence pools beneath rows of pay phones, between parked cars, outside bars where last call has come and gone. The culprits can be found in any neighborhood of New York City. As city leaders wrestle with how to adapt police tactics to a lower-crime era, the Police Department in recent months has suggested it would loosen its approach to public urination, a quintessential quality-of-life crime whose effects have a tendency to linger — both on the street and for the person cited. Public urination has emerged as an especially thorny test case, scrambling traditional political allegiances among even left-leaning lawmakers...
