  • Linksys wireless router effective speed greater than 10MB VANITY

I have FIOS fiber internet access 15megabits per second at home. Using wdc.speakeasy.net with my wired NIC I get 13MB or greater always, but with wireless 802.11G the max I can get is 8MB. No big problem, but I wonder if anyone else has seen effective speeds greater than 8MB .I would definitely recommend Verizon FIOS fiber internet access for anyone who can get it.Does anyone else who has FIOS at home able to get greater than 1.5 MB upload speeds?

    LIVE FREE FROM FASHISTS!
In this war freedom should come first not after! In New Hampshire the Motto is Live free or Die! I don't need Bush spying on law abiding americans and taking our freedoms. Anyone who surrenders a square inch of freedom to the government in the name of saftey is a traitor and should be treated like one! Let the Bush Fashists all drop dead! Filthy Commys! LET FREEDOM RING!

If you can't be there in person then sometimes the "Live Album" can be the next best thing. Following are a few of my favorites, in no particular order. Please share some of your own!1. Great upbeat album. The crowds enthusiasm is infectious! 2. This album reminds me of spying on my parents parties when they would break of this record and dance in our living room. 3. "I killed a man just to watch him die" - Great audience response! ;o)4. "The King Must Die" and "Have Mercy on the Criminal" are superb!5. (Hand over ears) I don't care...

Department of Troll Control | Another Ignorant Troll
Fellow Americans, there comes a time every mans life when we must give up ourselves before we are worthy to recieve. There comes a time in this war on terror when in order to protect liberty, we have to give it up in the mean time for safty. That's right folks. Today, Americans have forsaken the creator for the creation and have decided that they would value our "civil liberties" than protecting western civilization and rich white people from the tender mercies of radical Islamic terrorists. Selfish liberals insist and whine that Bush has no right to spy on Americans...

    1. DRILL PRESS: A tall upright machine useful for suddenly snatching flat metal bar stock out of your hands so that it smacks you in the chest and flings your beer across the room, splattering it against that freshly painted part you were drying. 2. WIRE WHEEL: Cleans rust off old bolts and then throws them somewhere under the work bench at the speed of light. Also removes fingerprint whorls and hard-earned guitar calluses in about the time it takes you to say, "Ouch..." 3. ELECTRIC HAND DRILL: Normally used for spinning steel pop rivets in their holes until you...

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend by the name of Common Sense who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. he will be remembered as having cultivated such value lessons as knowing when to come in out of the rain, why the early bird gets the worm and that life isnt always fair. Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (dont spend more than you earn) and reliable parenting stategies (adults, not kids, are...

Washington—In what appeared to be a shrewd Constitutional move, Bush appointed John Bolton as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, sticking it to Senate Democrats and forcing France to immediately withdraw. The sudden move stunned President Jacques Chirac, forcing him to tears. “I made the call to Kofi Annan,” cried Chirac. “I can’t believe Bush did this to us. With this bully in office, no country is safe from occupation!” Bush invoked his renegade constitutional authority to fill an open job while Congress was in recess, instead of reportedly trying to resolve a deadlock with senators who had called Bolton...

High maintenance women are like high maintenance sports cars. They're lots of fun when you're out on the town together, but for every hour of showing off, there are another 10 spent on upkeep and repair behind the scenes. After hours of polishing the headlights in your garage, you might ask yourself -- is this really worth it, just for a couple of rides? Probably not, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't consider dating high maintenance women. Read on to learn how to identify these demanding gals, and the positives and negatives that go along with them. TELLTALE SIGNS...

WHEN true artists look back on their careers, they inevitably do so with a sense of romanticism: the journey is usually long and every moment is worth relishing. In celebration of her 25 years in theater, Monique Wilson recently starred in a concert that reflected on her own journey, which began in 1980 when she was 9, with Repertory Philippines. The little girl Monique dreamed, believed and persevered. On Saturday evening, she narrated the years that came between those days of dreaming and her present reality. The night of musical remembrances began with "When You Wish Upon A Star" (from...

My son was taken from me when he was only 2 months old because I supposedly "worshiped the devil" in front of him. I am an atheiest. I don't even belive in the devil. It ruined my life and at the same time opened up a whole new world of horror stories from other parents. How our government is walking all over the rules they put in place to protect us and how our civil rights are violated each and everyday. EVERYONE especailly those with families should be aware of this!!! Please visit my sites and sign my petition to...

Long overdue Casablanca remake a new classic Wartime locale shifted to BaghdadVibrantly modern cast a joy to watch ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Casablanca 2005 ****(Out of 4) Starring Ashton Kutcher, Paris Hilton, Owen Wilson, Bernie Mac, Topher Grace and Jack Black. Directed by Paul W. S. Anderson. At theatres wherever. R -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You must remember this, even though you're going to have a lot of trouble believing it. Casablanca 2005, the highly unlikely remake of the classic 1942 wartime romance, doesn't just stand up to the legend of the Bogart/Bergman original. It actually goes one better, with a vibrantly modern cast that puts...

To all the people who survied the 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoke and/or drank while they carried us. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, our baby cribs were covered with bright colored lead-based paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking. As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags. Riding in...
