I was just reading some of the political websites and found something really surprising: Most of the people who commented on any of the articles weren't actually commenting on the articles at all! Instead, they were either tossing in their two cents worth about some other project entirely; commenting on some other comment; commenting on whether a person commenting had the right to make such a comment at that particular venue; or commenting on the published article in such a way as to make it obvious that they had either misundertood what was written or ......

For decades the CIA has undertaken operations all over the world to support right wing regimes. In Latin America and elsewhere there tho it seems thier efforts often led to massive amounts of death of civilians with the US govt often looking the other way. Would you folks say the ends justified the means regarding the many regimes the CIA propped up and supported in the name of 'anticommunism'? My coworkers and I took a political test with 100 questions, 10 in 10 categories. I was by far the most conservative. 91/100. Most of my liberal coworkers got between 10/100 and 30/100. I know there is a lot of speculation on what will happen in the next few years, but I would really like to know if anyone has a real good sense of what will be going on in a few years. I would like to be prepared, but don't want to over prepare. Is there a real good sense of what is coming in the next few years? I have the ammunition I need, but is it really necessary to stockpile food. Just curious as to what other here are doing. Thanks
