WASHINGTON - President Bush needs to do more to help push a temporary guest worker program through Congress, Republican Sen. A majority of Mexican migrants living and working in the United States would be willing to participate in a temporary-worker program, according to a recent nationwide survey, even many of those who say they would prefer to stay in the country indefinitely.
