Austin Police revealed Tuesday that 32-year-old Shane Flournoy, who is accused of paying a TSD student to expose himself, had inappropriate sexual contact with at least five boys in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Police say the boys were between the ages of 13 and 16-years-old and the abuse took place in the Houston and Harris County area. Investigators say he admitted to the abuse during questioning. A youth minister who owned a sawed-off shotgun that discharged and killed a teenager was charged with involuntary manslaughter and other counts. Keith Owens, 21, of Duquesne, was showing the weapon to a group of young people meeting at his home on Nov. 20, according to police.
