What would your opinion be if a State or States told Clinton to shove his Gun Ban? Would your opinion hold if it got nasty and Federal troops got marching orders to inter the {States} to take semi-auto weapons.The Governor of this State sent the State Police ext to meet this Force-Do you see the issue?

Fast forward to Obama and now States are saying..Enough! Red States have grounds or not?

That is what the courts are for. Nullification or unilateral secession are not constitutional options. The Natural Law Right to Revolution from intolerable oppression remains.

Let's just hope it does not get to that point and that the Constitution prevails. But treating the constitution as a meaningless document that can be nullified at will only encourages the would-be oppressors.
