My first car and then wrecking it isn’t in there.
Call me racist but the title should be, “The Highs And Lows Of Being A White Young Man Raised According To The TV Sitcoms”.
Didn’t see military draft in there.
I didn’t see having to work for gas money either.
My experience is that alcohol makes women obnoxious and annoying.
You just described the most beautiful woman I ever dated - and why I quit dating her.......
She had a pixie/short hair then.
Saw the most beautiful woman I ever laid eyes on 5 years later on a flight across the aisle from me, long hair almost to her waist. Couldn’t keep my eyes off her for the 2 hour flight from my home town to Kansas City. Most beautiful woman I’d ever seen.
Waiting for our luggage in KC she was about 15’ from me....and called out my name! I looked at her stunned. I stayed stunned....speechless. She called my name 2 more times.....then said, “YOU DON’T REMEMBER ME!”
She was right. It was the girl I quit dating because she became an obnoxious idiot after just a couple drinks.......only her hair had changed.....
Sergeant Hulka: Son, there ain’t no draft no more.
Well what happened? Don’t leave us hanging bro!
There was one?
NONE of that chart applied to me. Not one thing.
Reason1:
Reason2:
Reason3:
Reason4:
Nothing happened. I had no interest in renewing the relationship in spite of her beauty. And I had quit drinking as well.
She was looney, and it only took a small amount of alcohol to bring out her looney-ness.
My wonderful wife of 41 years is really pretty, and gets prettier every year, and I have no regrets.....and she’s the most wonderful woman alive.....!
We had dated more than a few times, and the most stunning part of the experience for me was how long hair could change a woman’s looks so much that I could closely observe a gal I had dated and made-out with more than a few times for that long period of time and not recognize her. Not until she reminded me of our past....of course, then it all came flashing back.......
Sad, aint it?
Some of the best girls I’ve met were like that.
95% of all women are born crazy. The other 5% die of birth defects. Deal with it.
Here’s another observation I’ve had with age.
Very frequently, women who were knockouts in their 20’s and 30’s go south big-time when they get in their 40’s to 50’s. Faces deteriorate terribly; the big boobs that seemed so hot when young now hang almost to the knees and are a burden to carry, and even the nice hair disappears. They had their time - when young - now it’s all gone and they face being the opposite.
I pity them.
But just as frequently, many women who were very plain when young - or barely pretty - become more beautiful with age - in every way. And what were considered breasts too small are now perfect because they don’t sag but there is enough there to say, “I am a woman...” Or they have not gained the weight that so often comes with age.....
Poetic justice? Who knows.
Maybe this is just one man’s view......
I'm really happy for this girl and proud of her in a way, because she did have some struggles in her youth and she pulled herself up very admirably.
I’m sure it happens fairly often - and it’s a joy to behold.......
