Guess she needs to add tacos to her "best seller" "Pow Wow Chow"!
I looked at the DNA report. Its doubtful that 1/1024th is Cherokee. The Cherokee have anomalous DNA its doesnt appear like any other Native American DNA.
Below is a very technical and serious article on Cherokee DNA or the lack of it.

probably less than the avg American born citizen
So, IOW. We’re back where we were before Bustamove did his homemade DNA test. LOL.
1/1,024% American Indian blood means you have high cheekbones??????
Ten bit ADC with jitter in the low order two bits?
Her fingernail was in a casino restroom once.
.....results say she could be between 1/32nd and 1/1,024th Native American....
That low a percentage on a DNA test could be just “noise” or a rounding error. And the sequences (if real) are more Hispanic than Native American or Asian. Warren just took her DNA test result and got an “expert” from Stanford to massage the data, and there was not enough there for him to be able to do a good job!!
Elizabeth Warren is NOT genetically Native American, in a statistically significant way! And she certainly is NOT culturally Native American!! She is not even an honorary Native American, as recognized by any tribe!!!!
So she is still Fauxahontas!!!! And the worthless Boston Globe is still Fake News!!!!
Wonder how many DNA samples she had to submit to different test sites before she found one to find “something Indian?”
If it were 6 generations it should be represented as “1/64”.... so they are still LYING.
She is *possibly* between 1/64 and 1/1024.
None of this supports her representing herself to law schools as “minority” “Native American” to obtain preferential treatment.
Your forgetting that she is 70 years old. 6 generations islatest 1829, 10 is 1740s
Average lengths of generations is iffy, and 20 years is possible, but not a good average. 200 years ago, large families were common. Not everyone can be the first child.
I am a little older than Elizabeth Warren, but my 8th Great Grandfather (10 generations) was Thomas Jefferson, the great grandfather of President Thomas Jefferson. He was born in about 1629.
...well, there goes her nomination to the Supreme Court.
My guess as well. They need to present the percent for those with no known heritage.
10th generation? That would be her 7th great grandparent?
My 7th GGF was born in Massachusetts in 1666, a Mayflower descendant. Allowing for age difference, let’s say her hypothetical ancestor was born around 1650. There would have to have been one dalliance with a native American way back in the 1600s.
Hardly qualifies her.
Fair point. What I was attempting to convey is that the time frame in question is not outside of a reasonable ancestry search.
Hell, the typical european has 2% neanderthal dna. Even a caveman can see she’s a fraud.
That’s what happens when a black sneezed a block away when she did the spit test.
