It used to be that in the USA, bad drivers were the exception, litterers were the exception, etc. The exceptions were almost always immigrants or their children. Now it seem that abusing everyone around you is the norm.
Has anyone looked into “good terrorism”? Maybe a litterer found with their litter stuffed down their throat, properly publicized, could change things? It is what civil justice used to include, but now we are not allowed to hurt people’s feelings....
Pick the worst things in the worst countries and cultures — they’re coming to your neighborhood.
In my neighborhood, it is the white folks who do this. There aren’t very many people from “other countries and cultures”.
I remember in the late 60s and into the 70s people routinely threw their trash out the windows. Much less litter now.
