Big League Politics has obtained a photo showing four ballots with the exact same voter identifier in Alameda County, California.
All four ballots say Count: 421, VBMP (Vote-by-mail-permit) 164325, Extract 15. They are also labeled as “official ballots” for the general election in Alameda County for election day, Nov. 6 2018.
Vice President and co-founder of Election Integrity Project California (EIPCa) Ruth Weiss examined the photo depicting the mail in ballots.

Mail in and early voting is ripe for fraud.
Absentee votes are completed and counted 1 week before election and reported to Secretary of State and kept confidential until after the polls close.
We need to file a class action lawsuit. Fraud is interfering with our constitutional rights and degrading our vote and representation. Or some legal issue.
If the DOJ won’t deal with it, the American voters must.
And it’s nice to see that the ballot contains Spanish for our non-English-speaking American citizens.
According to the article, it means their was a glitch with the vendor that printed the ballots.
Yeah, no indication of voter fraud there.
If that was the case, there should be thousands with the same number.
Because the GOP wants it this way. It is the only logical conclusion.

When I still lived there, ballots & ballot pamphlets were printed in 63 languages & dialects.
IF YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, HOW CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THE ITEMS/PEOPLE ON THE BALLOT?
This election included U.S. senators and reps. Is that likely to be the federal identifier? If so, then the question is where the ballot would go for verification, and what sort of alarms would be sounded.
And then, the steps set out to handle such alarms at both state and fed levels. The objective, of course, in addition to curing any systemic defects, to drill down to specific actors and responsible individuals.
