this is all about elections...rats want further ways to stay in power....they'll extend this as long as they can...I suppose they think they can get a rat prez who will right trillion dollar tickets to cover all the state losses....

Agree. They voted for the bozo. But not even a popular bozo can lock down the state if 30 other states are bopping around the landscape. The laws of Human Nature forbid it.
