How would people react if contained a pox virus? A hemorrhagic virus? As it is, there is a unique feature I see only rarely discussed: There are many who experience repeated episodes over weeks. They recover, then fall ill again. Some report 3 months of serial infectious episodes.
That could be a way to insure infectiousness and increase anxiety.

This situation with the coronavirus feels a lot like the scenario in the move. The world governments are using the coronavirus to divert attention and hide something.
Weren't the aliens already coming? If they cleared the area for some other purpose, your analogy would be more on point. If there were no aliens and there was not real threat from the virus, your view would be more convincing.
But look, the government back in the forties cleared land to develop the atomic bomb because the Nazis were real, not because they were fake. Same thing with the aliens, and the expectation was that the virus posted a serious threat.
In the real world, countries, parties, and factions are always conflicting and competing, but just what is the level of competition? Just what is allowed and what isn't done? Conspiracy theories tend to assume the maximum motivation and the maximum evil in those they assume to be responsible, but that isn't always the case.
Plus, conspiracy theories start where we are now and assume that there was a plan to get us where we ended up, but actually chance and accident, mistakes and foolishness contributed to how things are now. If you could have that kind of straight line between intent and result, the powers that be would already have subjected us to tyranny long ago.

I think we *still* underestimate the blow to the globalist plan when PDJT was elected.
The EU is centralized economic planning, tightening its grip on all laws of its members - it’s essentially a cartel.
China is doing what communists do. Enrich the elite and expand their power to protect themselves - don’t assume any limit to their aspirations, they’re buying up everything all over the world. They’ve made their citizens slave laborers, sold to all the corporations of the world. This has entrenched their power globally. We, along with everyone else, are dependent on them.
Hong Kong was getting out of control. It was becoming a real threat to their power. If it caught on in mainland China it could be disastrous for the CCP.

Prior US administrations, and especially democrats, have been taken over by radicals - everything perverse is made normal and anyone speaking against the narrative is ‘hateful’ and must be expelled. Everyone *must* be forced to agree or be punished by society, with both fines and jail.
Borders were to be erased. The global elite were planning to destroy the USA via every means except by a direct military confrontation, which they would certainly lose. Our morals must be destroyed, our history rewritten, our society must be fractured, our government must be infiltrated. All the evil of the world wants the USA to be done with - especially the pedo rings. It’s not just Nation States and organizations like the UN, WHO, EU, etc.. Islam also wants global domination, knowing the USA is in its way.
The USA represents everything that every evil actor despises...and we’re in their way. When Obama was in office he undermined our rule of law, promoted and strengthened Islam, trained ISIS, allowed high crimes and was guilty of committing them himself. Hillary was supposed to follow, everything had been laid out - she didn’t really have to do anything more, except just not screw it up.
...but then came PDJT. They knew he wasn’t one of them. He talked about how great America is. He LOVES America and its people, it was obvious. He could NOT BE ALLOWED to become POTUS. They all knew that this was not part of the plan. They all knew he’d ruing everything.
Then he actually got elected and started to undo it all. A single man was going to threaten EVERYTHING. They started to gnaw their tongues and lashed out, attempting to have him removed from office. Russia-gate failed. Impeachment failed. Even though they broke many laws and had every tool available to them they couldn’t bring him down. Now, with their plans in shambles, with it exposed for everyone to see, another four years of this man will destroy everything - there will be nothing left...and America would prosper and with that their great chance to take us down for good will fail. This was supposed to be the final days of America but it’s all going wrong.
SO WHAT OPTIONS WERE LEFT? What was the single biggest enabler of the PDJT agenda? A PROSPERING AMERICA, our economy...but how can it be stopped? With any honest means there was no answer.
So far everything I’ve written I believe can be shown as fact. The following is my hypothesis:
These powers knew that they had to ruin our economy. How could they do that and not ruin their own? Is there a middle ground that they could tolerate? After all, like with any war, they’d be willing to take casualties. They’d have no problem bringing pain, suffering, and death to millions around the globe if it meant they could take down the USA economy...and with it PDJT. During the impeachment sham, they all knew that it would fail. This wasn’t going to be the answer so they decided to unleash the only thing that could accomplish their goal. They deliberately unleashed a beast that could not be fought with arms.
They couldn’t just release it in the USA though. That would be too obvious it was a planned attack. They also knew it would mostly affect the old, which is fine for them, rids them of burdens. The problem was creating enough fear. If it was perceived as ‘just another virus’, where the effects on a population would be minimal if they treated it as such, then it would fail. So they deliberately allowed it to get loose in a major city first, let it run rampant insisting ‘all is fine’, then lock down the city and stop any information about it from getting out. Now they can claim they’re a victim - all while exporting infected people all over the world. Conveniently still, it would take care of that ‘problem in Hong Kong’ too.
We had no idea how bad this was. Was this Ebola-on-steroids? We knew it was killing lots of people, just not that there was a specific at-risk group it seemed to impact. This created the fear necessary, along with tremendous uncertainty, to paralyze freedom thinking people into accepting the lock-down. Who could argue it was needed? Once the fear exists it can’t just be undone. You’d have to go for months to truly understand what the real risk was and by then the damage would be done. A virtual nuclear bomb on the economy of every town in America.
This was the goal and it was perfect, except for one thing. They underestimated the American people and their POTUS. We WILL return. The will of the people to require freedom, without compromise, will emerge. When it does, and we’re just about there, it’ll be a tsunami across the globe, not just here. All the people will look at us and realize what freedom actually looks like. They’ll look around and know they don’t have it. They’ll ask, why is it that American’s can have such an influence over authorities? Suddenly, the realization that it’s because we’re armed will sink in. I’ve already seen evidence of this before the virus. Many Brexitier’s realized the nature of the EU and saw it was doing everything it could to keep them under its thumb - many wrote that they felt powerless, noting that American’s are armed.
As this unravels, all the tyrannical actors are exposed. The EU has been pathetic during the virus, it hasn’t done a damn thing. It wasn’t there to help. The EU isn’t the ‘United States of Europe’ and now it’s bare for all to see. It cares only for itself and the elites that compose it. China is exposed for just how brutal they are to their own people, the CCP is evil and all know it. Here in the USA the tyrants are exposed, we will revisit all the arguments around limits of power. Countries will not allow themselves to be so dependent on China. It will break up the ENTIRE plan. Even the concept of borders becomes reinforced, the open borders crowd silenced.
So - it’s a big ball of nonsense right? Look at the plans unfolding globally. The timing of this thing is threading the needle while riding a horse upside down at warp speed - and I’m supposed to think it’s just a coincidence? First the election of PDJT was an earthquake of biblical proportions. The result of this virus will be another.

According to the CDC, people can spread influenza for 3-4 days before they show symptoms. From a variety of sources:
For mumps, the contagious period can start 7 days before symptoms show. Ditto for German measles. Hepatitis A can be communicated up to 14 days before the onset of jaundice. Scabies can be spread 4-8 weeks before symptoms appear.
It is hard to find information on infectious periods before symptoms appear. I suspect the only reason Covid-19 information is so readily found is because it’s news. Another thing to consider is that knowledge of this disease is evolving rapidly. Yesterday’s theory may be discredited today, but it’s still on the Internet.

I seriously agree that there is some force or group behind this as it’s a world wide phenomenon, not just restricted to the US. Someone or some group with global reach wants the world converted to the iron thumb of socialism/communism. I suspect this has been in the planning for a long time and this “crisis” was just the opportunity to inaugurate their plan.

I agree with that. But the reaction or overreaction worldwide is due to Doctors Fauci and Birx and a whole group of other so called scientists who don't practice science at all. We live in the age of fake science; global warming, gender fluidity and all kinds of other nonsense.
We had an article posted earlier today about how the CDC knowingly doesn't post the actual number of deaths caused by influenza which are a great deal fewer than the published numbers. We've all heard of how the china virus deaths are being exaggerated because the CDC says so.
It's not much of a surprise that their computer models are so far off when you consider they don't collect real data. They told us masks don't do any good and may make it worse before they said we have to wear them. They haven't been correct yet.
So what do I think happens going forward? If we slowly open our economy without exposing this as a major fraud or mistake we'll probably spend the next decade as if smelling a stale fart in a small room. We won't have restaurants, bars, sports venues, live entertainment or social gatherings. Airline and travel in general will be wiped out completely.
On the other hand, if somehow Trump could manipulate the Democrats into supporting the fake pandemic, or ridiculous overreaction and blaming it all on Trump; 'he wanted to ruin the economy as revenge for the impeachment', or something like that. Trump could just let that hang in the air. Many would recognize the party of orange man bad jumping yet another shark and respond by reelecting him.
I can picture him now saying, we got really bad information and it happened all over the world. But the good news is it's over we can all return to shaking each others hands, flying together, and eating at restaurants.

I agree, it seems that a few Freepers are angry that I/we don’t take the current situation at face value, hence the insults. it’s disappointing that Freepers use lefty tactics like coercion, insults, and even violence against fellow Freepers who think differently.
