What happened today at the end of Joe Biden's "rally" in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania? As he was droning on to the four people attending his "rally," the camera seemed to go into strange convulsions. As you can see, after about the final 35 seconds of Biden's borefest, the sound went off along with some minor vibrations. This was soon followed by major camera convulsions as the camera began sweeping back and forth and up into the trees. After a minute of this strange activity, the screen switched to a clear video of the Capitol building in Washington, D.C..
So can anybody out there tell me what happened? And why didn't the Biden campaign have a backup camera in order to avoid a surreal situation like this one?

I don’t know their setup but I wonder sometimes if Biden’s network has been hacked and someone is intentionally doing this to them....or could they be that terrible.
I know everyone might laugh and say it was those damn Russians undermining the Biden Campaign but for a Presidential Campaign their media production has been lower than JV probably not even elementary school production.

Something is up here. Nobody can be that dumb to run a campaign like that.

Never mind the camera wandering around into the trees. The optics of four people sitting on lawn chairs looking rather glum in stupid masks is bad. It’s like a poorly attended party without any drinks or even chips with your least favorite uncle droning on about selling insurance or something.
