Two Joe Biden supporters attacked a 7-year-old boy in August outside of the DNC convention.
The little boy, Riley, was attacked for wearing a red MAGA hat.
Riley was heard on the video begging his mother to dial 9-1-1.
“Get off my property! Are you going to destroy my property?” a woman said to a masked Biden supporter.
“Yes, we are,” she replied.
One of the Biden supporters then grabbed the child’s red MAGA hat and refused to give it back to the child.
Riley’s mother didn’t back down and chased the Biden supporters.

As we reported at the time, The two women were later arrested and and charged with numerous crimes including robbery and assault of the little boy.

Seeing this again just enrages me to no end.
I would not have been nearly as nice as the mother was.
I don’t have kids; but if I did and they were 7, the only circus I would take them to would be Barnum and Bailey’s (RIP).
I have to put some shame on the mom.
Otherwise these two soon-to-be lot lizards should realize the pain of stupid.
“Hate Crimes” shouldn’t exist as a category of crime. Too much of a slippery slope. I am all for the other charges, but they will likely get dropped.

With the charges the way they are, they can get 15 years in convicted.
This isn’t just the DA charging them....it went to a GRAND JURY.
they should also be charged with CHILD ABUSE.
They should never be allowed anywhere near children. EVER

I agree with you, however the Left invented this weapon, so we must pick it up and use it mercilessly against them.

Put down the grenade... it’s a dud. Very little if any actual damages. At least in California I couldn’t think of a cause of action that would suppprt an award of punitive damages even if such were the case, punitive damages have to bear a ratio to actual damages, the Supreme Court thinks no more than 10:1 is acceptable. Punitive damages have to be enough to punish, not impoverish, the defendant. I doubt these losers have much. I value this case at about 25 grand tops, and that’s because of the appealing facts, not its intrinsic worth. Maybe a lawyer would take it for the publicity,

I have friends with 16 year olds. Yeah, I would take them. Big ol kids. Stomp you if you hurt their parents. But a seven year old? No way.

Riley has more common sense than those women! As I said, don’t believe that youth are for liberalism. Some teens are busy to talk politics and some are listening and not talking. Conservative youths are around.
