I can remember several previous elections when Democrats have gone to court to get military ballots thrown out on various pretexts.

Wait a minute.

I live in PA and know a bit about the mail-in ballot process here. Your ballot goes into a “secrecy envelope” which goes into a mail envelope. The secrecy envelope is to keep anyone from seeing how you voted until poll workers at your polling place open it for the count on Election Day.

These ballots 1) should have been delivered to their rightful polling places to be counted, and 2) should not have been opened by whoever found them under penalty of law.

Something about this story does not pass the smell test.

Please Mr. President. Issue and executive order for a minimum ten year prison term if convicted of mail in vote fraud. The mail makes this a federal crime and all the President has to do is issue an executive order just like he did for destroying federal statues. Not many low level dems will risk ten years in the pen.

Update Mail In Ballot Inquiry

There were 9 ballots that were recovered. Seven were not in envelopes, and all were for Trump. TWO of them were re-sealed, and we don't know who they are for.

My guess is that when we open them, they will be for Biden.

Because my guess is that we have found the tip of the iceburg here. Democratic operatives in the election office grabbed absentee ballot envelopes from military. They opened them. If they were for trump, they threw them out. If they were for Biden, they put them back.

But in a couple of cases, they didn't do a good enough job of re-sealing, and were afraid they might get caught, so they threw them out as well.
