Don’t get too excited about this… – Rumors are flying this morning that FBI Director Christopher Wray is going to resign today, which would be a blessed event for the Republic. But that’s highly unlikely, as this worthless apparatchik cherishes nothing more than a steady, if highly-inflated, paycheck. He won’t be giving that up easily.
The rumors started after the glorified HR director called a press conference for this morning.
Far from being a resignation event, there’s about a 98% chance that Wray will use this appearance before a fawning press corps as another opportunity to recite DNC-written talking points about illusory Russian interference in the elections and fantasies about “white supremacist groups” being the real cause of all the Democrat-sponsored riots that have taken place since on a daily basis since June. It’s all entirely predictable and not even worth your time to watch.

It would be great if, right after wray says he’s not stepping down, President Trump fires him with a tweet and directs the U.S. Marshalls to escort him out of his office, secure the computers and government phone.

He made a ton of money as a lawyer before he took this gig. I think he is more worried about protecting his corrupt friends than getting a paycheck.

We know our President does not shoot from the hip per say. He has thought about this for a while and has devised a plan. Hope it unfolds to his plan.

But my logical brain tells me this guy Wray is Deep State (DS), has always been DS, and will do DS things.
He might be fired—or not, but he’s not going down without a food fight, one egged on by the DNCMedia, in order to give Joe BiteMe maximum advantage.
My heart tells me no way! Pres. Trump has suffered enough at the hands of these arseholes, and after all, the evidence he wants outed will indeed prove how they plotted against him. But can he overcome all of their advantages?
This election is not Trump versus Biden, but Trump versus the DNCMedia.

Big news of course, but ordinarily when people are indicted for a crime there are headlines, TV news programs that mention it and a few in depth stories for those who want details.
Making it a big deal, serious national security news, etc., smacks of desperation for good publicity.
I suspect this is an attempt to blunt expected news critical to Wray and the FBI.
Maybe from Sidney Powell, maybe from the documents the president is demanding to be made public.
But this was a “Look at me, Mommy” moment.
