Barack Obama trolled President Trump over the “birther” issue during an appearance on “The Daily Show” with Trevor Noah on Monday evening.
Back in 2007 Hillary Clinton and her campaign circulated a memo promoting Barack Obama’s “lack of American roots” and reportedly began the “birther controversy.”
“[Barack Obama’s] roots to American values and culture are at best limited,” the memo says. “I cannot imagine America electing a president during a time of war who is not at his center fundamentally American in his thinking and values.”
Americans became suspicious after then-candidate Obama, who claimed he was born in Hawaii, refused to release his birth certificate to prove he was born in the US and therefore eligible to be US President.
Hillary Clinton used the birther issue to attack Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign but it backfired on her.

It’s another can that got kicked down the road when Barry Hussein was being vetted before the DNC convention in 2008. Everyone knew he was illegitimate to run, but since he was a mulatto(Black enough)... both parties and the ignorant PC culturally brainwashed youth turning voter age at the time saw Barry’s candidacy as a historic symbol of diversity and it would mend a much propagandized non-existent racial divide.
Nobody wanted be called a racist by calling Barry out on his disqualification. So instead they said... “SCREW” the rule of law, and the Constitution can go pound sand.
Yes indeed... the judiciary, pundits and party sentiment felt that giving Barry a pass was symbolically necessary to put to rest America’s white-guilt and the law be damned!
Fast forward to today and we now have COWARDS and brainwashed legal experts carrying the ball of ‘precedent.’ And that somehow allowing Barry to illegitimately assume the presidency as a fraud, a poser, a FAKE... was just fine and dandy because nobody objected. Or at least those that did were ridiculed and shamed as birthers and being RACISTS!
They all hailed with cheers of diversity and that Barry’s presidency magically amended the Constitution, vacating/removing the ‘Natural Born’ requirement because it was willed on principle! That’s funny... the last time I checked the constitution still requires a president to be Natural Born. I guess new updated copies of the constitution haven’t been printed yet with this important amendment added. /s
Nope... no such ‘legal’ precedent by adjudication or by the amendment process has been done. What in fact DID happen was a criminal act... an act that ascends to the level of high treason against the constitution by whomever were complicit in allowing a blatant FRAUD to assume the presidency.
Kamala Harris is no different... she is a fraud, illegitimate and cannot qualify.
Harris is ineligible. She knows it, Biden knows it and the same bozos that gave Barry a pass know it.

If the informed try to raise the issue of Harris’s birth not being ‘Natural Born’ under the original meaning of the constitution and pursuant to the US Naturalization laws... you will be called a ‘Birther’, a conspiracy nut and loon.
The ignorance, stupidity and vacant critical thinking of these deriding assailants is wide and deep.
But I hold my breath that Kamala Harris will be held to the law and have to prove her credentials... and be ultimately denied her candidacy and the rule of law upheld.
There is whispers and talk beginning to percolate in many circles that she will be challenged if needed.

As for the two versions, I wasn’t making a point about the validity of either document on that basis. Something you would know if you had ever looked into this subject more than superficially.

As for me I have one BC. I don’t have a CLB because you have to request one to get one and I haven’t.

That was what he did for several years. It was taken as evidence that he didn't have a valid birth certificate. So, as I said, he couldn't win either way.

That is a distinction without a difference. The first document was a "Certification of Live Birth" because it was computer generated. The second was a "Certificate of Live Birth" because it was filled out on a typewriter in an earlier time. Both were the state's current version of birth certificates. Neither was a "Certificate of Hawaiian Birth" issued to someone whose actual birth was unrecorded.
Both were amateurish fakes easily debunked in several ways each.
The "debunkings" were amateurish. Some by people who expected a manual typewriter to produce computer generated accuracy. Other "debunkings" were just people assuming that the document was obviously fake.
