A prominent Black Lives Matter leader in Boston and her husband have been charged with using a $6,000 grant to take at-risk youth to a Philadelphia retreat on themselves — for a getaway to Maryland, restaurants and shopping sprees, among other things.

which reminds me, I haven’t seen the daily “Jessie Smolett needs to be immediately released” lawyer statement for today.
The woketards just paid some reparations—I am sure they would happily contribute much more...

And this is pretty typical for non-profits.
That is why I will NEVER donate to any of them. I’ll do my giving through the local church or help someone myself.
But for sure, no donating “for the children”.
There seems to be a lot of financial irregularities surrounding Black Lives Matter.
I got in a bit of an argument with someone. I said I believe black lives matter, lower case letters, the concept of black lives mattering, but I don’t support the Black Lives Matter organization. And I was told we need to be sensitive about black concerns about police, yadda yadda yadda.
Anyway, this person I talked to had not heard of financial irregularities. I don’t think the media has reported the money mismanagement of Black Lives Matter.
There are various issues with Black Lives Matter finances.
Patrice Cullors, one of the Marxist founders of the organization, apparently bought many luxury homes with their money. The state of California was banning the organization from fundraising, due to their not filing the informational reporting forms required of non-profits. Perhaps other states were taking similar actions. I had heard that millions of dollars were unaccounted for.
Yet if the liberal media don’t report any of this, liberals will not believe if we tell them there are problems with that organization, and to not support them just because they have the catchy slogan as their name.
There was an article in the WSJ about shenanigans with the pension fund for AME pastors and employees. All the retirees have had their pensions suspended while they try to find the money.
And let me guess, they paid their bail bond in cash, and are going back to steal MORE.
Will play the race card over it.
Utterly typical and expected. BLM is a grifting scheme.
No one could possibly have foreseen this.
Most of the money probably came from white affluent self loathing Bostonians so them taking the money is really just about reparations...right?

This one went overboard. Whites are supposed to be the victims.
Some black lives matter more than others.
