There is no reason for red flag laws because all 50 states have legal processes to remove forearms from individuals deemed to be a threat to themselves or others.
Firearms not forearms.
“n 2019, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) had his eyes on a 2020 presidential bid”
And I bet Fan Fang aka Bang Bang was to be his VP.

One of the top five biggest scum bags in Congress
Ask supporters of Red Flag laws to site one instance where they’ve been effective in disarming a true threat.
Joseph Story, the youngest SCOTUS, appointed by James Madison, wrote that there are 3 main reasons for the 2nd amendment.
1. Protect our borders (Japan, during WWII, considered physically attacking out west coast but decided we were too well armed.
2. Protect ourselves and our property (Remember the armed Koreans store owners on their rooftops during the Rodney King riots)
3. Protect ourselves from the government. (ie. Eric Swalwell et al. - if they could get their way)
Shapiro says he doesn’t have a problem with red flag laws “in principle”.
Time to jettison that clown.
The Founders created a system that would always align itself into just two parties. There could be a third party and sometimes that third party might become one of the two main parties when other major parties failed and dissolved. There are third parties today, but they are disguised for political reasons. There are “Democratic Socialists” who “caucus” with the Democrats but are not really Democrats. It can be confusing. But here’s the thing. The People (in caps) as in all of us, do not divide along two clean groups. We The People (caps) are a huge diversity of political thought. Some conservatives are homosexuals. Some liberals are strong on national defense. In the twenties Republicans were the party of big government, recall Prohibition? Yep, Republicans. Democrats were for small government. Then, along came FDR and turned everything on its head.
Think of Republicans and Democrats as a stadium full of people, half of which are covered with a red blanket and half with a blue blanket. Under the blankets people move in all directions per their own will. From above the red and blue blankets appear to move one way or another. But the position of the blankets does not represent the thoughts and wishes of the people underneath. Therefore, those people will always hate the ones they’ve elected to lead them. Because there’s nothing simple about the politics of the individuals. It doesn’t cleanly divide into left or right, conservative or liberal, gay or straight. Worse, the people we elect will always do what is in THEIR best interest.
And to further muddy the water, everything is evolving over time. My parents were Democrats in the sixties, both became Republicans when Carter was elected. My father said, “I didn’t move away from the Democratic party, it moved away from me.” Further when I was in college, we had some fun debates between what were then Democrats and Republicans, and nobody got mad or threw a punch. Try having a conversation today with a Democrat.
We’re changing socially too. I reflected that my mother, who lived to be a 102, dying in 2018 had never heard of “trans.” I don’t think I had either, so it’s really new. But it seems to be a huge deal that blew up from nowhere.
Our political system was designed so that no one would ever be happy. Probably that’s for the best. Only time will tell.
I would love to a debate between Shapiro and Swalwell. Shapiro would mop the floor with him.
Paging Fang Fang. Fang Fang to the gray phone, please. Come in Fang Fang.
Hey Swalwell, go sleep with a Chinese spy, you #traitor.
sleeping with the enemy is not a crime if you are a dem
makes sense when you realize the dem is the enemy
Looks like that is what the dims want to use red flag laws for. To use them on any republican that doesn’t go along with their ideas.
Last night, Tucker Carlson said SCOTUS has already judged Red Flag laws unconstitutional.
