He isn’t the f-ing king!

If those deadbeats accept that loan dischargement, they should lose welfare, section 8, medicaid and any other handout.

WHERE IS CONGRESS ON THIS???????

And turnabout is fair play - the next Republican president needs to understand that LAWS DON’T MATTER AND HE NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF HIS PEOPLE NEXT.

So what happens in any given case if the government completely defies SCOTUS? Who enforces? Penalties?

I assume the amount forgiven is treated as income for tax purposes?

“ For far too long, borrowers fell through the cracks of a broken system that failed to keep accurate track of their progress towards forgiveness.”

I read the article, but must have missed the part about “progress towards loan forgiveness”. Wouldn’t that be when the loan was paid off? I don’t recall getting any early forgiveness for making regular payments on my house or car notes. Neither do I recall way back in the day being offered a break on student loans for making timely payments.

Immediately cut the same amount of money he ‘forgave’ from the FBI budget.

They are trying to cover up fraudulent student loans made during the Obama Administration.

A very large segment of the non performing student loans are outright fraud either by students using the money for non educational expenses with no intention of ever paying back, money to fraudulent or on paper shell company only “schools” or to non existent phantom students created by political insiders to steal the money.

King Biden spake, and said, “Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of My power, and for the honour of My majesty?”

This would be taxable as the debt relief is like income. Although the tax bill might not arrive until the next Republican administration.

They got away with stealing a PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION in 2020 without any consequences whatsoever.

They are afraid of nothing now. They will do and say whatever they like because from now on they have nothing to fear at the ballot box.

The only thing that surprises me is that people are now shocked by Democrats' behavior.

While a lower court may issue a stay on this EO, the Supremes are on vacay until October. A lot can happen by then.

I saw a good idea above: take the money out of the undisbursed funds that would go to the IRS.

Every employer should be asking every applicant if they tried to or did have any Student Loans forgiven, then when they say YES, Show them the door. Starbucks is Hiring

As Andrew Jackson said after losing a case in the Supreme Court, “John Marshall has made his decision now let him enforce it.”

Or as I think, Joseph Stalin said when the Vatican said he could not do something: “How many divisions does the Vatican have?”

The Biden Administration knows there is no penalty for them to defy the Supreme Court. Who is going to stop him? John Roberts?

Why is anyone shocked by this? They basically announced they’d do an end run around the Court the very day the decision came down.
